That's probably the source of the widespread angst (beyond reacting to chuds taking a victory lap). Each of those ideological NGOs probably sent out a panic email saying they're losing funding. Democrats who are ideologically aligned see this and freak out that their ideology is attacked (even if they aren't directly affected). Run this through the usual social media amplifiers, and it's a Mega Hitler Genocide #413.
USAID was used to buy a lot of political influence for years, not just abroad but domestically as well. Without this agency, the Democrats will have a lot of their political operations set back for at least 4 years.

Trump is making these people melt down because he is using the power of the pen, created by Obama and Biden, celebrated by the media, and there's fucking nothing they can do about it. Had Obama and Biden not issued so many executive orders and had Obama and Biden not centralized the federal government in such a hardcore way, Trump would not be able to do half the shit he's done the past 2 weeks. This situation is entirely their doing and there is nothing they can do about it.

All the government bureaucrats are freaking out because the power that was delegated to them is now going away, or being given to political conservatives. A lot of what happens at high levels of government is a bunch of judgment calls. Liberals want to be the ones making judgment calls, not conservatives, but they are so arrogant and egomaniacal that they cannot see how short-sighted it is to have bureaus with so much power in the first place.

NOBODY should be arrested for what they type on the internet. Don't give me bollocks fringe examples of "well this one turrurist said he would xyz", like some reddit retard.

Those cheering on the arrest of mean words on the internet should kill themselves. Do you not see how it's 'The Ratchet Effect' in plain view? Lefties had people fired for mean words on twitter, now righties want the same.

If both parties agree on arresting people for mean internet words, what do you think would happen to this forum?

Think! you fucking morons.

Unironically, I am shocked that Reddit cares this much. It's legit a futurist sperg who has no social skills and constantly plays video games. You think this dude would be their fucking hero. The hate these guys have for a man who said "Uh, maybe your twitter hugbox shouldn't be just nonstop corpo tranny garbage?" is really that bad to these people huh?
He was. He was a leftist darling. Had cameos in Big Bang Theory and was at all the leftist events.
But he disagreed with the cult and had to be excommunicated.
He was, until he started talking about buying twitter and "maybe orange man.....NOT LE BAD?" Then they all did a complete 180 from tounging his rectal passage to him being a turbo nazi who's stealing data from USAID to take all your money and make you pick cotton or whatever

Fwiw, I never trusted Elon because Neuralink and he needs to be on a tight leash since the Great Christmas Jeetening
The most vicious A-logs are the people who used to be the most loyal fans. It’s a weird psychological phenomenon.

We are thinking, and we're thinking you've had enough. Lay off the hot toddies.

Look, there is a fine line between edgy humor related to a politician and putting someone in danger. Reddit's malicious intent of not only gathering personal information of DOGE employees, but gloating about how they are going to kill them is when you start to cross the boundaries of free speech and pose an actual threat. FEDposting faggotry is always frowned upon for a reason around here, because it could get your ass in trouble. Redditors aren't smart enough to realize that though. It isn't a matter of just being arrested for random shit you type online, but for actively displaying a threat to someone. You didn't see us wanting to endanger Biden's life during his presidency inspite of how much of a fucking braindead retard he was.

There's a world of difference between "They should join the 41 percent" and "I am going to throw a molotov into your face at 9 AM tomorrow at [your home address]"

I agree with you. It's just funny seeing the shoe on the other foot now. Notoriously, Reddit's never been held to the same level of scrutiny as other sites when it comes to user behaviors. It's nice seeing these sheltered, spoiled, wannabe revolutionaries face even the most marginal of consequences for their fedposting.

Pretty sure it's because any amount of scrutiny looks bad. Infinite ammo for "WE WERE FUNDING WHAT WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS?!" all around the world.

That and the money is being shut off for so many of their projects which directly funded a lot of them, incestuously.
Turns out the money funneled to EcoHealth to continue coronovirus research in the Wuhan lab after it was banned went through USAID too.

"If you arrest the people who want to arrest you first, that means they win!"

Did these people forget he won the popular vote? The country actually wants him. They’re -GASP- on the wrong side of history
Those people don't count. They aren't leftists, don't live in the bughive, and don't go to the right kind of parties. Thus they're not real people. They're a nebulous "racist America" that lives in a nebulous "flyover country" and can be ignored.

More specifically, the left absolutely believes Trump stole the election but can't state it publicly because they TRIED to steal the election and failed. So the thought is more "Trump stole it before we could" and they can't really spout that off in public where the normies can see.

Dropping a sword in the hopes your enemy will drop his will only end with you getting cut down without a fight.

i am thinking... that you are a faggot.

they used these actual doxings to put actual danger on their political opponents. people on the left have already perpetrated a bunch of violence against people, and promising that you'd kill a federal employee has always been a crime, even before the internet. this is why we all insist that fedposting is retarded nigger behavior.

I can't agree with either of these autistic ideas. I understand fed posting against a fed is a crime, I get that. I just strongly disagree with the internet being real enough to be have an effect on real life. I don't want to see anyone, ever, go to jail for pre-crime, thought-crime or mean words.

It's a slippery slope. Today we're arresting fed posters, tomorrow we're arresting those who question authority. Doesn't the 1A defend free speech?
