Our generation is horrifically, tragically fucked up. I think part of healing from it is acknowledging that this isn’t “normal” and it’s not just all generations hate each other blahblahblah. The advent of the Internet Age took some scalps.

You worked in a call centre, and from personal experience, anyone I've known who works in one willingly is somewhat off.
I wouldn't be surprised that the millennial's you work with in a call centre are perverts - they've probably got nothing else vaguely interesting going on in their lives considering you and they worked in a dead end job.
It was pretty similar when I was a teenager working a dead end job. I didn't need to hear whose dick was sucked yesterday but I got to hear about it anyway, and often from gen-xer's.

True. But I like to think it's just because they're young, and I vaguely remember being a dumbass too when I was younger.
They'll eventually grow up, have new life experiences, lose their silly ideas and gain entirely new silly ideas.
The problem is that so will millennials, so the age gap will lead to an eternal incompatibility in worldview.

Zoomers have a few problems:

They’re on 50 layers of irony.

They’re extremists the men lean far right, women are radical feminists, and they hate each other.

They lack basic knowledge of history and have no interest in learning it.

They are bad with technology even boomers can use file directories better.

They have no attention span.

They’re scared of everything they don’t even drink.

This is all just generalities, though. There are many exceptions, just like not all boomers are materialistic assholes or all millennials are 40-year-old children.

I may have been a bit hard on the Zoomers. The truth is, life can be tough, but it’s important to find enjoyment by forming meaningful connections with others. Try not to dwell too much on the negatives focus on what you can control. Time moves quickly, and before you know it, you’ll be 40. Every generation faces its own challenges but you’ll manage.

My career feels like I'm a subsistence farmer after a war, desperately trying to wash the salt, blood, and diesel fuel out of the soil to get literally anything to grow for me. Meanwhile the retired oldheads sit on their loot of silver they received and yell down to me, "oh you just need to try a little harder like I had to!"

I don't hate Gen Z but I do sometimes feel bad for them that they're also stuck down here in this muck alongside us - getting screamed at by some powertripping jeet boss like millenials have spent the last 10 years dealing with, but not being old enough to be aware of precisely how they ended up going from "go to school for computers it'll make you rich!" to getting steamrolled by ego-tripping jeets for 40 hours every week, all because my dad's generation of managers fell for the subservient Apu meme and thought that streetshitters must therefore all be like that.

Zoomers are broke brains. They spend their time talking like niggers. Zoomers single handedly revived rap. After Millennials spent nearly 2 decades trying to get rid of it. In the early mid and late 2000's rap was in decline. Then here comes Gen Z the spawn of younger Gen X and older Millennials with their wigger BS and listening to nigger music.

I am Gen Z myself And myself Just saying Always hated Reddit Tumblr Soyboy who has wife boyfriend and hates "Far right Chuds" Before recycling knowing deep down that his life will end with just pure misery. but On bright note they have cute cat names that sound like children they aborted.
