Off-Topic Transgender Legislation and Litigation

It becomes even funnier when you understand that these porn addicted cross dressing retards think that they know better than the army of lawyers in the legal departments of major hospitals.
If there was ever any proof of how bullshit transgenderism is, watch Tony and his responses.

They were so used to getting their way, destroying the opposition and never being held accountable.

Now here is someone doing something about it. Now we have this 'genocide' language. Now we have stupids saying it's unlawful and do not comply.

On the off chance it is unlawful there's a very easy way to prove that. If Trump is the next Hitler and rounding up the troons for the gas chamber, there would be a number of things people could do. And there would be a ton of support for it as well.

But as it stands, hospitals complying in advance tells me that they never believed in this bullshit to begin with. That their hand was forced to provide this care under the threat of government.

No one is rounding up troons to be gassed. No one is stopping troons from living their lives. But the era of shitting up the legal system to otherwise go along with a delusional cult is over (I hope).

I'm sure once all this settles, troons (especially the ones who cut their dicks off) will be okay. They will have to actually not be legally sanctioned perverts. I hope troons become like furries. Where they just host conventions and fuck each other.

Tangerine Jesus has a message for the angry troons.

I hope with the removal of all the tranny stuff they they’ll also remove the terms “chestfeeding” and “people who give birth”
"Birthing Persons" makes me want to fed post so hard, the FBI would kick in my door. I get absolutely Chernobyl-levels of meltdown MATI with all this "Uterus Havers" erasure of women's bodies and health.

Can you imaging how bad a train boxcar full of troons would smell?

I can't find the reference to "Birthing Persons" or "Chest Feeders", but I'm damn sure I remember those retarded phrases being outlawed amongst the multitude of EO's that have been made over the last two weeks.

The only difference between trans and fur is that the shrinks and butchers haven’t figured out a way to make money from fur yet. As soon as cat ear implants and permabuttplug tails arrive on the surgical menu, we will hear about how life-saving they are and how 4 year olds that play with sticks are actually dog-dysphoric and how parents need to choose between a live hamster or a dead son.

Man, this gave me flashbacks of how furries are just misunderstood and they just want to be their fursona selves and it's not about dogpiling and fucking each other...sound familiar?

Oh btw, speaking of the furholacaust...there's always like a chemical attack at our local furcon every year. I enjoy watching them have to stand outside evacuating the building and then whining about them being fursecuted.

Anyway...

New York AG Letitia James is telling hospitals to ignore Trump's EO of blocking sex change operations on minors. / Archive

How long will it take for that order to get dropped? Or will James's stubbornness will be so hard that not even NY getting cut off from Federal funding would make her reverse it?

In a sane world, James would be given her walking papers citing the EO on diversity hires since she is utterly incompetent as a lawyer.

Sure Eli, the hospital is TOTALLY going to forgo their federal funding and lucrative federal contracts because a group of mentally ill men in dresses chimped out across the street.

She is elected and is supposed to not answer to the governor. While they'll definitely put the squeeze on her if they cut off funding and it hurts the pocketbook, in theory the ball is entirely in her court.

I agree but I doubt Trump can do that. She is elected and it's a state not a federal position. There's probably a way for Albany to remove her though but I doubt they will.

This AGP fuck 100% knew a Gynecologist wouldn't be able to treat him, the only reason he went there was to expose himself, pull his girldick out in front of the doctor and then whine to pReddit and collect asspats when he was shown the door.

It’s somehow even worse. He wanted to jump the queue and get a mammogram quicker ahead of women. At 26, unless he had a genetic mutation, there is no way as a woman he would normally get priority over older women or those with a genetic predisposition.

An alternative viewpoint: whether the EO passes constitutional muster or not, or the hospitals are fervent believers in trans ideology or not, the hospitals are going to comply until the EO is declared unlawful or rescinded. No lawyer is going to advise non-compliance without a court ruling, and maybe not even then (for example, if it goes on appeal). The money from trans surgery isn’t nothing, but the far bigger cashflow is from ordinary care. They need to keep the lights on with that sweet federal money. A major driver for them getting into trans care after all is that government and insurers were subsidising initial and then revision surgeries.

Imagine if they offered them proper mental health care.

Even from a purely fiscal standpoint I can't imagine them choosing NY law over the EO. I mean there's no way that NY gives them more money than the feds. So unless there is a possible criminal element to stopping this "care" (which I doubt) or it gives the state the ability to just shutter the hospital (which I also doubt since I'm pretty sure the Church has hospitals in NY) there is no reason to continue to offer care. Now if the AG can do something like shutter the hospital well then things become hairy and there is no good option for the hospital.

This is a very strong response by the DOJ but with that said I think the plaintiffs will probably get the TRO and maybe even the PI. Don't get me wrong, I think this is a slam dunk case for the government. There's great policy arguments and citation to cases. With that said this is being heard in DC and I can't imagine that a DC judge would not grant the TRO and maybe even PI. After all, they're likely sympathetic to the plaintiffs and there's a far lower burden to get a TRO and PI than actually winning the case. But I think that a DC judge would ultimately grant the TRO and PI because it preserves the status quo pre trial and they'll buy the plaintiff's argument that there would be irreparable harm done if the plaintiffs were moved to a male prison. Luckily I don't think anything in the TRO or PI would require prisons to let trans inmates interact with female prisoners so they'll probably just be placed in solitary or moved to a special cell or something.

Google-Fu says a standard mammogram in France costs about 61 Euro out of pocket, which is less than 64 bucks USD. Unless France is even more retarded than I think, and actually bans purchasing screening tests, the troon could have just paid for a mammogram instead of trying to force it through the national health service with all its waiting lists and prequalifications.

Every country I've been to allows people to buy medical care outside of national health service contracts. Private companies specialize in "concierge medicine" and contract things like mammograms to local clinics with extremely short waiting times (because it's outside the normal insurance-based system). You often don't even need to go through a private referral company if you contact the hospital/clinic directly and ask for a cash-paid intake.

But this isn't actually about getting a mammogram. It's about forcing the doctor to acknowledge the troon's totally real lady parts, so the troon can go masturbate in the mammogram center ladies room. It's a fetish.

Another frivolous lolsuit has been filed.

Screenshot 2025-02-04 111956.jpg

"Seven families with transgender or nonbinary children filed a lawsuit Tuesday over President Donald Trump’s executive order to halt federal support for gender-affirming health care for transgender people under age 19.

PFLAG, a national group for family of LGBTQ+ people; and GLMA, a doctors organization, are also plaintiffs in the court challenge in a Baltimore federal court.

It comes one week after Trump signed an order calling for the federal government to stop funding the medical care through federal government-run health insurance programs including Medicaid and TRICARE.

Kristen Chapman, the mother of one of the plaintiffs in the case, said her family moved to Richmond, Virginia, from Tennessee in 2023 because of a ban on gender-affirming care in their home state. Her 17-year-old daughter, Willow, had an initial appointment scheduled for last week with a new provider who would accept Medicaid. But Trump signed his order the day before and the hospital said it could not provide care.

“I thought Virginia would be a safe place for me and my daughter,” Kristen Chapman said in a statement. “Instead, I am heartbroken, tired, and scared.”

The ACLU and Lambda Legal, who are representing the plaintiffs, want a judge to put the order on hold. In a court filing Tuesday, they said Trump’s executive orders are “unlawful and unconstitutional” because they seek to withhold federal funds previously authorized by Congress. The challenge also says that the law infringes on the rights of parents.

Like other legal challenges to bans on gender-affirming care, they also argue that the policy discriminates because it does not prohibit federal funds for the same treatments when they’re not used for gender transition.

Some health providers immediately paused providing the coverage while they assess how the order affects them. New York Attorney General Letitia James, who has repeatedly battled Trump in court, told hospitals in her state Monday that it would violate the law to stop offering gender-affirming care to people under 19.

Trump’s approach on transgender policy represents an abrupt change from the Biden administration, which sought to explicitly extend civil rights protections to transgender people.

Trump has used strong language, asserting in the order on gender-affirming care that “medical professionals are maiming and sterilizing a growing number of impressionable children under the radical and false claim that adults can change a child’s sex.”

Alex Sheldon, executive director of GLMA, the doctors group in the legal challenge, said there are established medical standards for caring for transgender youth. “Now, an extreme political agenda is trying to overrule that expertise, putting young people and their providers in danger,” Sheldon said in a statement. “We are confident that the law, science, and history are on our side.”

In addition to the order on health care access, Trump has also signed orders that narrowly define the sexes as unchangeable, open the door to banning transgender people from military service and set up new rules about how schools can teach about gender.

Legal challenges have already been filed on the military order and a plan to move transgender women in federal prisons to men’s facilities. Others are expected to be filed, just as there have been challenges to a variety of Trump’s policies.

Researchers have found that fewer than 1 in 1,000 adolescents receive the care, which includes treatments such as puberty blockers, hormone treatments and surgeries — though surgery is rare for children.

As transgender people have gained visibility and acceptance in some ways, there’s been vehement pushback. At least 26 states have passed laws to restrict or ban the care for minors. The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments last year but has not yet ruled on whether Tennessee’s ban on the care is constitutional.

In a male prison. Because they're male. If we can dropship migrants en masse then we can certainly bus a few thousand rapists and perverts to an appropriate facility.
If plaintiffs get the TRO and then the PI the only way they are being transferred to a male prison is if the administration wins the case. So I really hope the administration wins since I think they’re likely going to get the TRO and PI. But even if they do get them I can’t imagine prison officials not isolating them from general population for the duration of the case since keeping them away from women but in a women’s prison is the closest thing to sending them to a male prison.

There’s quite a few “trans women” in prison, they could probably make up entire facilities just for them if they wanted, to keep them all safe. 😏

“Only 926 adolescents with a gender-related diagnosis received puberty blockers from 2018 through 2022. During that time, 1,927 received hormones.”

yeah bro that’s too many, sorry
