Seriously, the game is already pretty much unrunnable due to the amount of spaghetti code and unoptimized objects cluttering the game, and he is willing to make it so it will crash damn near every time? But anyways, I think YandereDev's problem is just not being able to take advice. I mean, look at how he reacted to Mike Z's criticism of Lunar Scythe (The entire chat log on Pastebin was archived by one of YandereDev's ex-volunteers. The entire chat log is here.), YandereDev can't take any criticism. I'm guessing it's likely due to being homeschooled by rich parents, which can often lead to over-sheltering, which in turn frequently leads to the inability to interact with others, especially when they give criticism. If YandereDev were able to actually take criticism instead of saying that all negative opinions are wrong, then he might be able to turn out a decent, or even good, game. I can't completely blame him for that (Like I said, he was likely praised infinitely for everything as a child), but he still needs to grow up at some point and accept others criticism.
