I hate to that guy but you can tell that the diaper is wet in one of the pic. Also my guess is that the pictures are being taken in the family restroom. Walmart tend to have 3 different restroom, the men, women, and family. The family is just a one stall restroom. The only way he can get caught is if he forget to lock the door.

When I worked there they mentioned a thing they had where if you were addicted to drugs you could take a large amount of time off (I think it was up to three months) to get clean and then come back to work no questions asked.
