Is it possible for plebittors to not have a panic attack over anything?
Shit like this always makes me laugh.

"Hello, I have panic attacks while walking my dog and seeing people enjoying themselves. Let me tell you about what you should do to avoid having panic attacks, first you have to take 15 minutes a day to do something you enjoy."

Like, do you not enjoy walking your dog and seeing people enjoy themselves outside? Why the fuck would anyone listen to your advice when it hasn't helped you? It's like taking Ethan Klein (fat fuck) seriously when he talks about about how bullshit exercise is.

Gee I sure love it when parasites who would know nothing of duty, honor, patriotism, sacrifice, etc. if George Washington himself put them in front of a firing squad suddenly start grandstanding like they've always been the most fervent adherents of those things. Must've been borrowing the same playbook Trudeau and the Canuck Liberals were frantically reading off of for the past week before they too were inevitably buckbroken by the Orange Gracchus.

Now I'm sure there are things out there more pathetic than all these faggy Redditor leeches posting textwalls about the importance of oaths and their willingness to defend against domestic enemies and how much they love the country when I would bet a bag of Doritos that they're all some flavor of neomarxist who had been posting about how much Amerikkka sucks, how it should be destroyed and how they'd gladly send chuds to the death camps & rape their children from around the Summer of Love up until the Donald started threatening their sinecures. But I can't imagine it would be a very long list.

They couldn't care less about the Constitution before Trump, they never cared about anyone's constitutional rights. But now. NOW they care. Now they're shouting from the rooftops about how much they love it and how important it is, meanwhile they still don't give two shits about anyone's rights. They're just using it as a mask. That's hilarious!

Some of the faggots on the FBI subreddit are talking about how it's up to the people to fight back. I wonder if we're going to see the FBI try to assassinate Trump in retaliation or even worse, try to pull off a coup.
You say "worse" like that wouldn't be absolutely hilarious and fun to watch unfold in real time.

My big concern is that the people that accept this offer are the sane people.
Not a Burgernigger, but where I'm from government jobs pay like shit. If you're competent but find yourself unemployed, you can get a government job easily enough. Then you can leave and go somewhere else. In particular a lot of government jobs are flexi-time so you can go to interviews without taking time off.

Over time, that means that the good people don't stay long. The ones who get promoted to management are the ones who have been there the longest, i.e. the ones not competent enough to find better paying work elsewhere. So all the management are clueless time-servers who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. It's even worse in specialist positions like lawyers and accountants, the only people taking those jobs are the worst in their field, anyone else gets a better private sector job. The result is that the British public sector is absolutely fucking useless at managing its finances and managing contracts. Whenever a contract (such as outsourcing) is negotiated between the public and private sectors, the superior private sector lawyers run rings around the drooling government goobers and that's why the government pays about 10 times what it needs to for anything. So when Elon says the Air Force is spending 4-figure sums on coffee cups, I can believe him.

I can't imagine it's much different in the States, especially after browsing the Reddit and finding a very similar level of dullardry to what I had to deal with in my brief time doing government work before I got something better. The smart ones will take the severance offer, the ones who stay will be the ones who know they either don't have what it takes to succeed elsewhere or are married to the greater ability to slack off and be a lazy shit that government work affords. What will happen is that the morons who remain will have their former colleagues' work dropped on them by management who couldn't run a bath. It may save money, but it's going to make the federal government even more sclerotic than it already is.

EDIT: What do you reckon? Honey pot or paranoia?
