After just over two weeks in office, the Trump administration has unleashed wave after wave of catastrophic attacks—even going so far as cutting off critical funding for tens of millions of Americans in the form of WIC, SNAP, Head Start, and children's school programs. All the while handing over our government to the richest man on earth,
Elon Musk.
This isn't business as usual—this administration is rapidly consolidating and exercising power in egregious ways, testing the limits of how much they can get away with.
It's time for Democrats to stick together, throw out the usual playbook, and do everything in their power to stop Trump's assaults. Will you add your name to the petition to show Democrats that we need and want them to step up?

- Max Out Debate Time: Use all 30 hours of debate on Cabinet nominees to run out the clock.
- Delay and Disrupt: Force roll-call votes, quorum calls, and procedural delays to slow everything down.
- Blanket Opposition: Democrats cannot continue to vote for Trump's other nominees, helping to install more MAGA loyalists into powerful positions in the federal government while this power grab continues.
- No Business as Usual: This is a constitutional crisis. Democrats must abandon the old rules and fight with everything they have.
Time is running out. Everyday people are counting on Democrats to use every tool they can to slow down or stop the Trump agenda. If Trump and his administration see that they can easily push through an agenda this toxic, there's no telling what they'll attempt down the road. ) and sort of defend tree research. If it's someone who can release a federal study that calls California retarded for not clearing brush than I'd say that's a decent use. If it's someone researching an invasive species from another country killing a shit ton of trees or fucking with the lumber industry than that's also pretty good use of tax dollars. Could even be something to prove that some shithole megacorp is actively dumping waste in some forest preserve and lying about it than I like that too. A lot of stupid shit is done in the name of environmentalism but it's not necessarily a bad thing and I consider not losing trees and forests a public good.
