He doesn't. He reads around half of them at best, and most of the books he "reads" are audiobooks, @vettii explained it in this postBut does Rudyard actually read books from start to finish?
Thanks homie I haven't been a big comics sperg myself for years so I was going off memory. Rudy lore has taken up too much space in my brain for comic lore to stay lol.I cannot resist the urge for minor comic sperging. "Captain America is a nazi" was from Secret Empire which pre-dates Coates on Captain America. It was Nick Spencer's idea. Red Skull as Jordan Peterson does sound funny tho. Hydra Podcast Network with Crossbones as Alex Jones and Arnim Zola as Ben Shapiro.
He won't go trans. I prayed to God and asked him to protect Lynch from trooning out.I was going to ask if Rudy would eventually go trans, just based on a hunch based on his psychadelic breakdown and previous people I encountered who had gone trans after similar stuff. But then I searched the thread and realized that was also already discussed. What the fuck?
The only original comment I can think of right now is that his breakdown feels similar to Emily Youcis's, but in that case she made her reputation off her PTSD and went into political sperging afterwards.

No you are simply not you are not understanding what good is this future leader of all of America hail emperor Roger we will slay the left and destroy all of the triangles no triangles for leftistI'm not even a fan of his and don't share his politics, and I consider him a sadcow. I want guys like this to like... go outside, go to church, find a nice conservative girlfriend, get some humbling from IRL friends, and all that good stuff. He could have had a cringy phase, but unfortunately drug use and his own ego got the best of him. Like others have said, if he addressed his actual issues he could have been a positive force in his niche, but here he is, a victim of himself.![]()
For fuck's sake, are you allergic to punctuation? No you are simply not you are not understanding what good is this future leader of all of America hail emperor Roger we will slay the left and destroy all of the triangles no triangles for leftist
The deification of "books read" as some divine signifier of intelligence or wisdom among wannabe polymaths will never cease to amuse me. Especially when the focus is on sheer VOLUME instead of quality, and tallying them up like kills, only giving enough effort to carve another notch on Goodreads and immediately moving to the next target. I've known many people like that IRL and they're always the most annoying egotistical pseuds, only ever giving just enough attention to what they read to recall a single quotation or simplified thesis to bring up and look intelligent, there's no time for any in depth analysis or introspection, the number has to go up!He doesn't. Dude is a speech to text nigga. For fuck's sake, are you allergic to punctuation?
I actually think books are uniquely bad for you as opposed to listening to or watching the same content. I think reading basically works like dreams in the movie inception and allows information to bypass filters in your brain and essentially tricks your brain into thinking stuff you read was your own idea and that generally anything you read has way more influence over you than the spoken word.I don't mean it in a "dark intellectual" Rogan/Tate way of "books are for losers" but there's nothing inherent about books that makes the info written in them more valuable, any slop can be published.
There definitely is a social phenomenon where we tend to treat anything written in a book as more "authoritative" since they are considered a prestige format, because books are sources of knowledge, surely you can't get bullshit published in a book right?...allows information to bypass filters in your brain and essentially tricks your brain into thinking stuff you read was your own idea and that generally anything you read has way more influence over you than the spoken word.
Doesn't have the same weight asIt must be true, I saw that in a movie!
Kind of what happens with podcasts funnily enough, but I'd blame that to the parasocial element. A movie is a fixed story and you'd trust something a friend told you more than what is said in a movie, and the podcasters are like your friends, so you believe their claims more.It must be true, I read it in a book!
That's easy, my ancestors used to kill about 2 per minute and even managed to cremate the bodies.55 days until April. We need at minimum 18 deaths per day to match Rudy's prediction. Also doesn't the OCD have an email list or something? I vaguely recall that in one of his rants, i think he said he's launching it in feb.
I think this is plausible since it sort of coincides with the theory that you can't properly distinguish fiction from reality when consuming passive visual media such as movies/tv/theater. The stories of our past are always filled with examples of epithets we wish to embody, and the information we seek to destroy typically presents the obverse. Books have more vestigial authority, but largely because actual reading has become so scarce that there's now a weird mystique around them.I actually think books are uniquely bad for you as opposed to listening to or watching the same content. He's like a psuedo right wing Chris-chanOkay I'm starting to realize Rudyard has way more lore than I originally thought he did at first glance. And I'm probably not going to be bothered to watch it all at this point, even the breakdowns end up way too long.
But question, because I don't think this has been answered... But does Rudyard actually read books from start to finish? Or does he simply read a wikipedia summary or use sparknotes? I can't think of any below average iq people who have read multiple books within a short period of time, honestly. But if he only googled the synopsis for each then maybe I would believe it.
Only when he gets to the point of making his maps more about his trolls than ethnoreligious data. He's like a psuedo right wing Chris-chan
