I honestly feel like Mild is best used if there are hints but not outright showcasing of a homosexual/lesbian relationship. You can have a game that showcases neither but get a Medium because of the ugly visuals (i.e XCOM 2 on the list). So by that logic, Little Goody Two Shoes and 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim (alongside Arknights on the list) would fill in Medium because both have a lesbian and a homosexual relationship respectively. Also, a bit of an update but World of Tanks and War Thunder should be Mild because of the two games' censorship on certain aspects (German vehicles from WWII get no Swastika/Wehrmacht/Waffen SS insignia, for WoT they had a promotional Ukrainian camo for the 56TP Premium tank while WT outright removed the Z decal in the height of the Russian-Ukrainian War and intentionally censored the Taiwanese flag to cater to the mainland Chinese audience).

I don't think homosexual and interracial relationships existing are inherently woke, same thing for people who are disabled or not white. For me, they are only woke if they feel shoehorned in and are only there for the devs to be like "look how inclusive and diverse we are!", such as in Dustborn, in which disabled characters are just thrown in at the end as token representation and barely do anything in the story. Same thing if it feels historically inaccurate or does not fit with the game's lore. That's the difference between Little Goody Two Shoes and Dustborn.
