There's been a few things over the last couple of weeks that could have sparked Chris's rage or interest but didn't:
Pmurt, that sign at the westling thing, now this.
Even the wild rumors about him getting Fucker preggers.
Nothing matters to him anymore... At least nothing that he's willing to share with us.

Lets see if he melts down over his passport getting denied after Pmurt removed the nonbinary from them. You know Chris wouldn't just put down "female", he'd pick the special snowflake one.
Hopefully he'll only find out coming back from his next Finland trip.

I don't know how it would work. I haven't traveled internationally in a long time but he might be refused and have to do it again. Then again, if his VA driver's license says "Female" it might match on his passport.

He was for a while and even calculated how many people will die like you mentioned. He was for sure more motivated to talk about it.
I kindy disagree, he's been too quiet where he would be super opinionated. He would be loud, make videos and not so afraid of people when they come up to him.
Even after the judgements against him when he ran over Snyder, he was very vocal. Maybe jail did put sense, in the way of fear, into him after he has been jailed for 2 years.
He has never seen things catching up, while in jail he wanted to even wished barb to die. Thats why I think it's meds. He doesn't seem to struggle to keep his mouth as well. But then again, 2 years by yourself is a long time.

With respect to wishing Barb dead: that always struck me as lashing out at her for not keeping him out of jail - in other words, not lying about fucking her own son. He wasn't making comments like that until after he'd been in for a bit, which would about match with the usual amount of time it takes for him to build up resentment against whomever he believes has wronged him.

While I don't disagree with most of what you posted I wonder if instead of being on some zombifying antipsychotic medication like I've seen suggested in the past it could be ADHD meds he's on post-jail?
Chris mentions he has ADD along with OCD in one of the jail letters, he no longer has emotional outbursts (A related article) and writes 3000+ word articles about absolute nonsense.

I don't think the state or government has ever had full throttle control over how they approach or access Chris.
While I'm not sure how much force they could apply legally speaking, I'm sure his lawyer and medical team could have convinced Chris to stay on a regimented medical cycle and Fluker both agrees with and encourages him to do it.
It's very obvious that someone is telling Chris to keep out of trouble, if not himself.
Short of mind control, whatever drugs he's on is probably helping keeping him on the dull and boring.

Although we don't know if the Autism Deferral Disposition Order came with conditions attached (which is likely), he may be on some form of probation that requires him to seek and continue treatment for <insert anything and everything wrong with him here>. Part of this is almost certainly going to be taking whatever meds the doctor prescribes.
That and having seen the inside of Western State Hospital up close. He seemed to skate through jail relatively easily, but doesn't really mention the nuthouse much aside from the pindown incident. He's probably more scared of ending up back there than in jail again.

It's probably a big combination of everything mentioned in the last few chat logs as to why Chris has been very silent post jail. My biggest theory is simply that life has caught up to him. He's turning 43 not far from now, and looks irreparably ugly due to all the shit he's taken over the years as well as an extremely unhealthy diet. In a way, it's shocking that he's even made it this far since during the 2010s, there were many who said they'd be surprised if Chris made it to 40.
That bring said though Chris' whole life from one saga to the next can be described in the same five words used to describe Russian history: "And then it got worse". Today, whether or not he's aware, he's more hated than ever. Nobody from any community or walk of life wants to associate with him. Many places have now banned him, and some without him ever having set foot there have already made him a persona non grata. Had his case not have been dropped, and he became a convicted felon (like he should have), he probably wouldn't have been allowed to go to Finland since he would likely be denied a Schengen Visa. His only contacts aren't even friends but rather a bunch of carpetbaggers. I also don't think there's anything romantic or even what most people (therefore Chris would think otherwise) consider as a friendly relationship with Flutter. She's just nothing more than a tard wrangler and carpetbagger who may or may not be a part of Praetor but likely working with them to keep Chris in check, even if that means Chris doing very inappropriate things to her. Even though he was able to travel all the way to Finland, I can't help but think that Chris is effectively in a prison, metaphorically (if that's the right term).
Maybe it's just me coping hard and hoping justice is served even if the law sided with him.

I would think if anyone got into his email inboxes, or DMs on social media, there would be a large number of messages from people who Chris wanted to be friends with, basically telling him he's a monster. The ones from women would hit Chris the hardest. I do recall some woman calling Chris garbage or scum once and he was legit depressed about it, so those types of comments, from people, are able to pierce his ego.
I guess the big question is, if he is drugged, what's keeping from taking the meds still? From the mechanism and such for the autism deferral, it read like there was a definite time where they could keep Chris, but after that, he was free. Also if the charges were dismissed, what mechanism could the court put in place to say, make Chris take the drugs? The only thing I can think of that would make Chris take them would be if he saw some benefit in them. In the past, he never expressed any type of problem with absolutely flying off the handle, and he was certainly able to sit for hours in his scrying room, day dreaming, so it wasn't like he was so fidgety that he couldn't be quiet and concentrate.
Maybe he had a full health evaluation and they told him he was developing symptoms like Bob had, IE four heart attacks, coronary disease and eventual pacemaker, but then again the times we've seen Chris and food, it's been TV dinners and Sheetz fried shit.
I still think it's his body really catching up with him like we've seen him getting winded talking and working up a sweat just painting little figurines. It's probably that he just has zero energy anymore. Chris never did have any muscle mass, now he's been carting around his 240lb body that's literally a sack of lard on a skeleton, for his entire adult life. Even fatties that move around a bunch tend to develop some muscle mass, but Chris's preferred state is sitting on his ass.

It's interesting to think about what went on with Chris' brain during the time he was locked up. The theme with CWC has always been that he never learns his lesson -- constantly making the same mistakes and falling for the same gambits. But since he's been out of jail, he's keeping personal information offline, he's no longer screaming at the camera, and he's been generally much more calm.
Could it be drugs? Maybe. But Chris has been on something pretty much his entire life. It seems unlikely that it took 40 years to finally get the dosage right.
In the past, he pretty much did whatever his mixed up brain wanted to do and (for the most part) got away with it. Yeah, he'd get kicked out of places, but he'd keep going back and wind up with a slap on the wrist at most. Hell, he managed to run a guy over with his car and still walk free. Even in the arrest video, his first reaction when the cops show up at the door is: "I don't like this; I'm just going to walk away" until they whip out the taser, and he gets that look that shows that he understands that they mean business.
I suspect that jail officials (and other inmates, to the extent that Chris interacted with them) take absolutely zero shit. They would not be afraid to match his energy when he starts chimping out and put him in his place. Two years straight of that, and it'd be hard to bounce back to the old "I want everything about my house OFF THE ERR'NET!" Chris.

I think it's this and his reputation from everything else catching up with him. He gets push back even from communities like MLP fags. He's gained a warranted notorious reputation over the years for his retardation. Even without the mother fucking happening he'd probably still be at this point where everyone tells him to fuck off given how he's harassed people to the point they'd tell him off in the past. The mother fuckening just expedited the process probably along with age.
I think another part is that he's not got those darn dirty trolls/etc. reinforcing his delusions as much as he once did either leading him on playing into his naive desires repeatedly.
