At the start of one of her live streams she pointed the camera at it and got defensive over the fact it's a mountain, NOT a hill like some people say.
As farmers have pointed out in the thread, the hill is, at most, 300 feet.

The actual elevation is slightly over 1100 feet, but its prominence (the rise in comparison to the surrounding terrain) is less than 300 feet.
Neither are mountains.
I live at about 4500 feet at the base of a mountain range. The nearest peak to me as the crow flies (5 miles) is 8500ish feet. But even when I lived at sea level anything below 3000 feet was a hill.
Like I know she's descended from Swedes and not from true hardy mountain stock like Norwegians, but for fuck's sake she's not a Dane.
(Møllehøj still has more prominence than Roundtop and I really want to sperg about Himmelbjerget but I've had a long day and I've sperged enough.)

As usual, she doesn't mention what the news was. She didn't repost any news story that would provide context. Probably in the hopes that someone will ask her 'what bad news?' It might be a general state of America thing, the neighbour situation, or another thing entirely.
So after the interaction with The Creep, I can now interpret the confusing posts:
What Staph means: I just talked to The Creep for the first time (the noisy druggy downstairs), who told me that a neighbour called Richard stole my Yule log, Pride flag, and a plant from me. The Creep said he will work with me against Richard. Because The Creep is now my friend, I will call him by his actual name, Chris.
(The jump from Richard to Chris is what confused me the most. It reminds me of the time she jarringly said 'Transphobia is everywhere. My cat is dying.')
What normal people think: Chris could be full of shit and lying about Richard. Chris could be the thief and is putting the blame on someone else. He is using the Richard gossip to make himself look more trustworthy, so he could get more money from Staph.
Staph: Richard and Chris are arguing. (Potentially there's a third party joining in, maybe the woman who is letting Chris squat in her apartment). The arguing is making me anxious.
Normal people: Everyone is a liar and none of them can be trusted.
Staph: Chris has now become my protector who won't let anyone misgender me because he's a trans ally. He said he's going to pay me back, but I trust him more than I did before, so I like to believe he will.
Normal people: He has found an easy way to make her trust him more so he can squeeze more money from her. Maybe he will eventually ask for a protection fee, similar to one in prison, where he might have spent time in.

Mama Frigly's cancer has been back for awhile IIRC, but I can see the news from here on out being increasingly grim. Poor Mama Frigs - for her sake (not Staph's) I hope that's not the case and that she's doing as well as she can be. She has been very ill for a very long time, and I don't know if our little spud understands what's coming

Where I live, there was a plague of these about fifteen years ago. I'm talking swarms on swarms. I remember going to an event that had flags hanging in a meeting hall (think a Moose Lodge or low-budget fire house) and every single flag had at least fifteen of these fucking things on them.
You couldn't go outside without them flying in your face or stepping on them. There were "bug vacuums" being sold and marketed as great for stinkbugs since it would suck them into a jar and not result in the stink that came from squishing.
