I stuck my head in the door over on reddit and saw that the same people who think four year olds know that they are the wrong gender are the ones yelling the loudest about DOGE being made up of "children" and decided that it's just business as usual and called it a day.
i also peeked at reddit for shits and giggles and it only took a minute to find the most unbelievable cope. this person must be a bot or a paid actor. even now i find it hard to believe that someone could be this detached from reality

If Trump holds the people accountable for the COVID sham, I might get tired of winning.

The White House is working on an executive order to fire thousands of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services workers, according to people familiar with the matter. Under the order, the Food and Drug Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other health agencies would have to cut a certain percentage of employees.

Libtards believe you can become a woman by just wishing. Why would this be hard to believe?

I think the Dems have already pragmatically started walking back on their policies less palatable to Middle America (i.e. troon surgery for minors, DEI nonsense like vowing to cut police funding 'cause police are racist due to St. George Floyd's death).
A significant problem the left has is refusal to walk back on anything, they continue and try to sneak it in. This is part of why "Thing that never happens..." is a thing that happens. What opponents should have always done is shine light on this fact and call it out, forcing a response. I would be shocked to see them walk anything back, as in having a DNC backed politician speak out against men in women's sports as part of a campaign, for example.

As someone who was there, I left because (a) they couldn't figure out what they wanted and (b) I didn't want to get raped.

What has been largely lost to history is that OWS won. There was a point in time where the establishment appeared genuinely willing to negotiate. Nobody could agree on an answer, so the movement dissolved. The poison pill was "what do you want?"
I'd say that they lost a lot of public sympathy by not being able to articulate an answer but that is kind of forgivable for a protest movement of relatively average people. I really felt like they lost people more with the intersectionality stuff, to whatever degree it was a natural part of the left wing environment and/or was pushed along by opponents manipulating them. I think that the answer that was eventually articulated on the economic/class front came in the form of the Bernie Sanders 2016 primary campaign, where more clearly this time the anti 1% revolt went down from intersectionality both being a source of criticism of the campaign from establishment dems (His supporters are sexist Bernie Bros! He lied about marching for black people, don't believe the pictures!) and from the campaign half-heartedly trying to adopt SJW cult positions itself.

What happened when Bernie Sanders started generating some positive momentum against the 1%?

This is probably the biggest redpill I've taken in my nearly 5 years on KF. Very rarely is someone hated only for being "different".

It also makes me question a large chunk of what we've been told about history, that our ancestors in the benighted Before Times were all moronic, sadistic, supersitious buffoons. C.S. Lewis once called this "chronological snobbery", and it's a pillar of the Current Year fallacy.

My great uncle was KIA in the Battle of the Bulge. His brother, MeatGramps, survived getting zipped by a Nork in Korea.

Thanks in part to them, Jews were spared the ovens and Koreans were spared the gulags.

But some smug, shit-eating Redditor or professor will still look me in the eye and say, "your ancestors were villains", because....people not even related to me who died 200 years owned slaves.
Lol, those very professors and journalists are the descendants of the jews your great uncle died for. What a pointless death.

I'm a little worried that the unemployment rate will skyrocket. Not only will the masked numbers from the "not working but not looking" category be added back but now all of these government workers and activists will be out of jobs. Plus a disruption to illegals being able to work.
There are tons of farming and hotel cleaning jobs now that the immigrants are being removed. Get to work white boy and save your country.

There is definitely an overlap between homosexuality and satanism/the occult. Look at how many gay pride parades have people wearing demon costumes. Likewise, consider how a lot of trans people call themselves "Lilith" and also people in history like Felix Yusupov, one of the people involved in murdering Rasputin: known homosexual and crossdresser who was involved in the occult. Not a proponent of Eastern Orthodox, but I find that notable.

Also consider the account in the Gospels of the man possessed with a "legion" of demons - he is shown crying and cutting himself with stones (consider trans and gay suicide rates), and also consider that he says "My name is Legion, for we are many." - "We" is a pronoun.
One has to wonder how much of that is because the gay mind is just broken and gravitates to the ideologies that promote hedonism versus them grabbing on to the enemy of their enemy(Religion) to stick it to them.

Correct me if I'm having an attack of second hand retardation from the sheer amount but...
You tend to not need to read what you wrote because surprise surprise you fucking wrote it.

Fuck the media part they trot out, they need JUST literacy at this point.

Also the project2025 thing is still the dumbest shit up there with unironically pants pissing over Jan 6th. The man literally has an agenda with his name on it and his game plan laid out step by step and they have to run to the corner of a nothingburger think tank with a public list and go "I FOUND THE SECRET PLANS"

Didn't the founding fathers intend that there were NO parties? Is there a way to set up a mechanism to prevent political parties forming in the first place, like an extension of anti-monopoly laws?
As much as we would like it, parties are merely an extension of the freedom of association as upheld by the natural rights enshrined and protected by the 1st Amendment. What you would want is forcing the parties to disclose their money, just as any other official organization must reasonably do.

Remember kids, it's not the parties inso of themselves that are the problems, but their financial enablers.

DELENDA EST CANADA. DELENDA EST BANKS. DELENDA EST BUREAUCRATS.

The only problem is, I think the Dem base is already too far gone. The majority of butthurt Democrats ree'ing online are deluded enough to think Kamala lost because she wasn't commie/far-left enough. These are people who genuinely want AOC (or a similar radical) to lead the post-Biden Democratic party.
The problem is they've created their own competency crisis by prioritizing patronage and idpol over all other concerns, on top of running white males out of the party. They're no longer good at the things they were supposed to be good at. The state and municipal responses to the LA fires have been a staggering display of governmental incompetence without a Republican in sight to blame.

In the 2020s, all the Democrats have to offer is an obese woman of color screaming that she is talking. There is nobody left in the party who gets things done. Nobody's voting Democrat to make sure the trash gets picked up on time, because they don't do that any more.
