I never said anything about the documents, some have been leaked but were never verified AFAIK. However, you are the retard who claimed that the only source was a Russian organization

I'll note that while Cleburne declined to find mental disability an inherently suspect class, it did in fact establish a new standard of rational basis review (often described as "rational basis with bite") in which mere naked animus against a class could be held to have no rational basis and thus that the law would fail a Constitutional challenge.

So it did establish a standard of review where the government could no longer just say "rational basis" and the law, however moronic, would be upheld nearly automatically.

This is a case where a city tried to stop a tard home from being established, apparently for no real reason except not liking tards. The ordinance was struck down as unconstitutional under a rational basis standard.

So a law that specifically targeted troons for no good reason would similarly be constitutionally defective under this standard.

However, there are very good reasons for regulating or prohibiting experimental, unverified, irreversible "treatments" on children of a condition that very well may not exist. "Don't cut off children's genitals" has an obvious rational basis that does not involve irrational hatred of the children in question.

Yes. But I don’t think people are ready for that conversation quite yet. Degeneracy of all sorts should be heavily discouraged through social consequences and whatever bullshit “death by a thousand cuts” rules-lawyering is still available to the common people. What I think you're missing (and I may be mistaken here, feel free to correct me, Not Dr. Evil) is that troons being a quasi-suspect class (whatever that means exactly lol) would be a precondition for them having rights that are bound up with identification in that class (your argument is that there is a "right" to troon out). Yes the two issues are two different things, but one issue is the precondition for the other.
