I agree with you completely but I'm looking at possibilities that would come out of this bullshit, shot from the hip, non-plan. I'd rather these demons be buried and the Palestinians given their homes back but more than anything I don't want the US to be entrenched in the region forever. It's fun to think about taking Greenland since it's on our continent and strategically significant for us at home. We have NOTHING to gain from having an administrative territory in the Middle East other than to escalate wars Israel wants but doesn't want to pay for.

Alternatively...hear me out: US-owned Dead Sea Medspa. Like, Dead Sea mud baths, Dead Sea salt scrubs, those fish that eat your foot calluses and give you smooth skin. I mean, there's definitely more tourist-y business potential in Gaza than say, Fallujah.

That is the option I agree with the most, but I also would not be able to pull it off if I was the current President. In a way, its like throwing them to the dogs. Zero aid means they reap what they have sewn and get eviscerated by the billions of Muslims ready to pounce. It is cosmic justice, but it wouldn't be right for a leader to let them all die like that. Thats why the JQ is so complex, they are both infinitely fragile and infinitely influential.

My mega optimistic theory is that Trump is distancing us from Israel slowly, we are taking direct action instead of wiring them billions every month. "Let us handle it, you just sit and watch." Same way we handled the ceasefire. They are being boxed out and led by a leash, the way it should be. If Trump resumes the same amount of aid, or even 30% of the same amount of aid to Israel after the freezes, I will be let down, but at the end of the day he is still a Boomer.

I think the younger generations are waking up to the JQ and what to do about it. It probably won't be fixed for 30-40 more years. Trump's (hopeful) distancing of Israel is the best first steps we can take to eventually wean them off.

I just hope for the best at the end of the day. I don't want us to be in any more petty wars between two factions that have hated each other for over a millennia at this point, and with Trump's recent pulling of troops from the Middle East, it seems like he's at LEAST aiming for some type of peace. So that we don't have to send thousands of young men to their deaths, and funding billions of dollars to Israel. I know doomposters like coming in just to say that he isn't trying, but I doubt he's interested in furthering anymore conflicts where the US has to dip their toes into another decade of petty wars.

Yet they also cause car accidents. Perhaps having every dash be a giant bright iPad screen negatively affects your attentiveness and night vision. Contrary to popular belief, I don't think Trump will run for a third term, so his second term was always going to be the "pull no punches, no consequences" term, with great purges, funding slashes, and huge reforms because he doesn't have to worry about losing anybody's vote, party support or being called a dictator since he isn't going to run again.

I think the only difference is that in addition to trying to do anything he ever wanted to do as President, he's actively undoing the last 4 years of Biden
