Very much from what I've seen of his recent antics. Messages upon messages are pretty normal. They can't shut up when they are manic, both in texts and verbally, even if they wanted to. Have them take a break for 15 minutes and to them it's done in 30 seconds. Had I had the time to look over his ramblings I'd give him a YMRS (Young Mania Rating Scale) score based on his activity just for a laugh.
