At first they're all "We don't want to censor anything or anyone, we just want to be able to opt out of seeing it. Give us control over our notifications and an ability to block ppl"

Then they're like "I put shitloads of info out there but no one is allowed to comment on it or add me to random twitter lists. Hiding the notifications of people mocking my retardedness is twitter being a big ol' meanie"
