On top of what others have mentioned, isn't "Kyiv accepts RU sovereignty of annexed land" at odds with "front line frozen in Easter ceasefire?" Assuming the front line continues to move at the same glacial pace that it has been between now and then, that would still have the line/new "demilitarized" border be well within oblasts that Russia has officially annexed, right?

This might be intentional Russian misinfo, but it could just as much be some "master plan" by a midwit on Telegram that got Chinese whispered into becoming Trump's master plan 4real guyz.

Well, kremlin bots and their metodichka have been common knowledge since before the war, it's not something I have to doubt. It's one of their tactics to subvert ongoing news cycle, there was an opportunity to latch onto USAID controversy and so they did.

Simultaneity does not mean a campaign. Narratives can arise naturally, especially within echo chambers. It's a narrative that is definitely encouraged by Russia, but not necessarily one created by them.

The command intends to establish up to 20 Army Corps to scale up the top brigades and build new forces around them. Each corps will be assigned a specific area of responsibility and will oversee at least five brigades.

All existing corps will be restructured into combat corps, no longer serving solely as administrative units in the rear. The Operational Strategic Groups (OSUV), Operational Tactical Groups (OTU), and Tactical Groups (TG) will be disbanded, with the corps eventually assuming control of the frontlines.

The change is so large it will remake the how the military functions.

The website that everyone uses to learn about Ukrainian units is Militaryland. They are military Otaku that have been following the war well before 2022. They sometimes break stories before even the Ukrainian media.
