I noticed that Phil did a couple react streams to the Mister Metokur doc a couple months ago, but it's member's only. Does anyone have an archive sitting around of those two?

Everything about that was hilarious. First, by telling Metokur to get an interview with him "before it's too late" and wishing him to get well soon enough (Metokur is on hospice), then sending him an invite on a tweet like two days before the react day saying he was free to join him (again, ignoring Metokur is on hospice).
And of course, Phil being surprised that the Mr. Metokur video wasn't about him. Yes, he was expecting a massive chunk dedicated to him, so he wanted Mr. Metokur on so they could talk about Phil's history with him, which of course is non-existant. Because of that, Phil didn't even try to pretend to be interested in him since he was under the impression he was going to be an important part of the whole thing, and since he didn't get a single mention, he tried to insert himself into the video every time he could. My favorite was when Metokur at one point had a DSP pfp and of course Phil had to stop every five seconds and try to figure how to make it about himself even though it was an irrelevant detail.

He was telling Jayde that he won't see Jasper until Monday because Kat had the next 5 days off or whatever, and his autistic scheduling means that Jasper will not be allowed in the office while Kat is home.

It's just fucking insane how miserable he is now compared to the past.It also goes to show how shit games are in the modern day compared to decades ago, miss these types of games that put actual gameplay over bloat, graphics, making a (teen girl drama style storyline)

The sad thing is that people thought that he would be an idiot savant at chess, when the fact is is that he's just an idiot.

I wouldn't have been surprised if he was because it seems like the kind of off the wall thing he'd be good at for some unexplainable reason, but at the same time I'm not surprised he's completely fucked this.

To be fair, he's skipped most of the actual good indie games, and even had to be bullied into playing Balatro, Hades II and Baldurs Gate 3. Phil has been a mix of AAA slop, replaying something for no reason, and crying about retro stuff from his childhood.

Oh and a fighting game as well.

Phil doesn't seek out anything to play, he just looks at the gaming calendar like it's a fucking task list for work. Once that game/task passes by, he never goes back.
