Trump constantly was outspent, sometimes by 6:1 margins and still kicked ass, hell some liberals said Trump somehow made a profit from running for president in 2016, which would have been seen as "chuck norris joke" levels of impossible back in 2013. plus you have politicans like AOC that prove you can be outspent by a margin of 18 to 1 and it doesn't fucking matter as long as you can convince people to vote for you. if the money isn't spent the right way then it doesn't matter how much is thrown against you if the people are on your side.
