In many cases, this would be true.If the game wanted to be historically accurate, it would have the Jews living in segregated slums and money lending until being persecuted/killed under the guise of blood libel. Catholics hated the hussites and they were a Catholic denomination that basically said "indulgence is unchristian and the clergy is unethical". Catholics didn't just dislike Jews, they blamed them for plagues and bad crop yields lmfao
However, in this particular instance, there were no Jewish slums in the city at the time, as aside from a few transients, Jews were legally forbidden from living in the town where the quest takes place. The devs even admit this, but invented a Jewish ghetto anyways, because where else are you going to set your super important Jewish questline? Modern audiences won't understand the gravity of the pogrom if it's just a half dozen smelly tramps peddling silver on a street corner. Corporate says you need a properly segregated Jewish community! It's expected!

(for newcomers, bear in mind: KCD got famous explicitly because it was unapologetically true-to-history, with Vavra - the man now tweeting about watching twelve yearolds have sex - famously telling the entire game journalism press to fuck off about black characters, because there were no blacks living in medieval Bohemia.)
