Here is some random lore if anyone wants to do an autistic deep dive. The second, worse Jason's parents manage property (2418 WILSON LLC). I've found a notice of value and property tax bill for 2418 Wilson Ave and 1113 Mace Ave in the Bronx and also Power of Attorney relating to 4441 NE 22nd Ave, Lighthouse Point in Florida.
