His coverage of king of the hill in this video unironically made me fucking angry with how two faced it was. He out one mouth acts like hank hill is a stand in for "feeble minded voters/right wingers who lose their mind over a handshake" and then later acts like he never did that bringing up hank as a means to try and lecture someone about what a good nuanced animated series dad should be like.
I've noticed batman adaptation stuff in general tends to do a pretty good job balancing out "being ok for kids to watch but also having stories and characters that appeal to basically any age demographic". There's probably like 5000 30 minute or 5 hour youtube video essay goyslop/soyslop vids about that out there but I'mnot watching them for something very easily observable from years of witnessing batman's existence.
