So a judge blocked USAIDS workers being fired.

Based on feelings and no law backing.
Slacking activist judges have also blocked employees from *willingly leaving*. Literally the argument is that federal workers are legally obligated to enslave themselves to the government and the unions and can't act on their volition.

We always come back to the slavery argument with these people. Every. Fucking. Time!

Democrat judges are absolutely insane and so desperate they will literally set themselves and their entire party on fire just to put a slight delay on Trump. Incredible. Kinda reminds me of the Delaware scandal and how a (D) judge just killed the entire state business of being a corporate heaven to own Musk.
Look up the 9th circuits views on 2A cases for decades as well.

Boiling down to feelings.

while being so reviled by the public and have ZERO power outside their master's sphere of power that they will never betray you.
Except they eat each other alive at the drop of a hat all of the time to further their own positions. If you want to talk history you can go back to Chinese eunuchs who were notorious for constant power plays over three-kingdoms warlords for control of dynasty scions. There were constant back and forths for control of Chinese princes.

They're nothing but self-serving, conniving snakes who would shoot you in the back if it meant consolidating more power for themselves.

Fuck you, I genuinely mean it fuck you. A kid is not mature enough to drive a car, they are not mature enough to drink or smoke, they are not mature enough to even leave the house alone by themselves, but chopping of their dicks, oh yeah that's mature enough for them. Shit like this is why we should've never given those fags rights in the first place, because its always the same, “why do your care what happens between to consensual adults” to “why do you care if we mutilate children”. Go to hell and rot in it

I can think of a solution to get rid of these people permanently, but that’s too fedposty for even this site. You get where I’m going, though.

I hope all of this massive political overreach finally sets some limit on the power of judges, they have been abusing power for far too long
Ignoring judges is an extraordinary reaction. But ruling that the president is not the final authority of the executive branch starts to beg for that kind of reaction. I can only hope appeals are granted immediately and these rulings are overturned so we don't have to go down that route.

Which is why they deserve to have Gaza turned into the world’s largest Buc-ee’s. Everyone is sick of the glorified sandbox that is the Middle East. Israel in particular has to learn that the world doesn’t revolve around them and without the West propping them up, they wouldn’t even exist.

Tucker showed up right after Bibi left the White House.

To bring some joy to the Orange Man.

Flowers. I believe they're the camellia, and it represents humility (if it's a different flower, it will still be very meaningful, the Japanese take flower symbolism seriously)
I practice ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement, and what's sometimes called 'the language of flowers' is complex and nuanced. Big surprise, the Japanese got autistic about something again.
The camellia can represent a lot of things, it also depends on the color and who you ask. A white camellia can represent purity as many white flowers do, cleanliness, and sanctity. The pink or yellow flower can express longing and missing a loved one.
But the red camellia, now that’s a special one. The legend goes that the samurai would wear a red camellia before battle, as the flower would bloom in winter they used it represent steadfastness. Also, the flower when cut quickly wilts in a particular way, where instead of the petals falling off one at a time the whole top comes off the stem at once, and some samurai related this to being beheaded by the enemy. So, when on armor or in certain contexts the red camellia can mean bravery and acceptance of death for a noble cause. A short yet brilliant life, courage, steadfastness, sacrifice, that is the red camellia.
There’s a poem that’s about this, actually, from 1700’s(?) poet Baishitsu:
a camellia falls
a rooster crows
another camellia falls

contacted them for issues twice. They were 1-1. It was nice to be able to reach out to the actual federal government for help when facing a large business and get real help and in a reasonable time frame. I think I we should have kept it and given Warren some appreciation on this one.

Companies can be brick walls on resolving issues and they should have some fear that the average joe can get them to act without having to pay for an attorney or to go through the torture of being held on hold for hours on the phone ten times just to talk to some moron who just repeats the same company line.

Yeah I getcha on that point, and I do see multiple stories where the program actually worked out for people. But I think with the fact that they intentionally prohibited people who were politically aligned against the administration at the time, it might've been for the best. As it can be easily abused even further if it was left to its own devices. So I think there should at least be a switch up on it. But time will tell.
I think the CFPB has a purpose in helping the average person. Like any governmental bureaucracy, though, there is plenty of room for improvement.
  • This is an entity that needs to act apolitically to help the citizenry.
  • Consolidate or eliminate operations that are redundant with other governmental agencies.
  • Have more enforcement power when it comes to enforcing judgments. On another forum I've visited, it's a recurring joke how the CFPB will fine junk faxers and then let them off the hook when they claim they're too broke to pay the fines only to see the junk faxers form new corporate entities and start junk faxing again.
If not already, perhaps the DOGE can spend time looking at the various agencies to not just streamline them but make whatever tweaks are necessary to have them actually help and serve the public in a meaningful way.
