Unless he is claiming that Aaron's inability to keep his mouth shut meant he had to push him to complete Safesport, which then scored him a suspension, which then resulted in no plausible way to carry on coaching, which resulted in the cancelled training sessions, but that seems quite a reach.

Again, he reiterates what they can and can't do without him present and says this is because of Aaron, which suspiciously lines up with what Aaron was trying to do with Ralph.

So I think it is very plausible that this isn't only about that misdemeanor HRO violation. It's about what he tried to do with Ralph. You don't get to use that video solely for a failed background check and then ignore all the other stuff he said as well.
