People worried about this need to relax a little. I can understand the concerns but Trump needs to be willing to go out in public and interact with the citizens, the people who supported him and gave him his mandate (Trump is also a free citizen and should be allowed to go in public if he pleases).

The fourth super secret double probation clearance is access to special access programs, which basically means data so sensitive that it is compartmentalized and inaccessible unless the government deems it necessary for you to view the material for a given situation. This is "information on a need-to-know basis." SAPs are how secrets in the US government get lost. If only 100 people know a piece of information and all of them get old and die, no one knows the information anymore or even how to access the records. This is, roughly, what happened with the Fogbank situation.
