The only thing that comes to mind (other than a compact disc) is a certificate of deposit, which is a sort of fixed term investment account. A CD "call" is when the bank redeems the certificate before it matures. I'm pretty certain that's not what Jerry is referring to, though I suppose it's possible he's making some sort of extreme obscure financial incest joke.

In the darkest of timelines Lily may want to change her name to Courtnay as in her aunt Courtnay M'Laura Dopler (1969-1974). Jodean had a pact with her sisters that their first born female will be named in honour of Courtnay. Lily resents herself being born AMAB and thus is "taking back her birth right"
But I think it's just her trying to get away from it all. Also there's nothing official about a change in the Nova Scotia Registry.

If I was Milkaila, I should be VERY concerned that this fucker did this to get closer with Courtney. I also don't buy the notion that she legally changed her name because there would have been a receipt of some kind in Canada - Wayback Machine link, just in case. Is there any reason why there wouldn't be a receipt of a name change in the government archives?

CD-CALL sounds like a placeholder tech channel, it has none of the vibes her old name had. I'm not even sure how I'm supposed to say it.
I can only assume this is all for SEO, let's face it her old name is poison.
If she really wanted to rebrand she should have gotten rid of her avatar all together and gone with something new, but I guess even when she's trying to salvage her career and hide her old identity she still needs to present as a curvy native woman. Old habits die hard.
