You might if you make a pesto with it. I wouldn't, but some recipes call for it.
For one serving? I know Americans are lax with sauces but you would use a tablespoon of pesto for one. Remember you use the same weight of herbs (if genovese, basil) in oil, not to mention pecorino and nuts which are also oily... You definitely couldn´t eat 100g of oil in one sitting.

So much for any and all things Signal having that "reasonable expectation of privacy" forever inviolate, huh? I guess he gets to be the sole arbiter of when that counts.

I definitely use way more than that, maybe 3 or so. But I usually also eat a lot of pasta when I eat pasta. I definitely want it to be more than just barely visible.

well if you don't set an expiry time then they stick around.
I think the point was in regards to the "signal messages of the group are private and not be shared" that they claimed for Kayla's nudes shared to establish that Aaron should have known the pictures were private, since they had this agreement in place.

Pretty stupid to now go around sharing other Signal messages after first claiming there was an agreement between the Aaron, Nick, Kayla and April regarding their communications.

"Rules for thee but not for me!" :really:

[EDIT] Also love the major redactions, always looks super honest when the leaker decides to remove some parts to protect his narrative.

I get that, the reference was more to the revenge porn case where "reasonable expectation of privacy" in the qover's Signal messages is an essential element for the state to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, which becomes a slightly harder job for the state when Nick gets cross-examined about his demonstrated habit of leaking Signal DMs willy-nilly whenever it suits him. It's no get out of jail free card for Aaron by any stretch but it's still a retarded move on Nick's part.

EDIT: ninja'd

Aaron's response:

Aaron's being a tad disingenuous. His version of the story is that Nick begged him to buy it and he never seriously considered it.

Where? What interview? Where can I read a transcript or summation?

Or, wait... given that stinky unfed children thing would be part of the CPS case (the only element of the criminal charge was that kids were in the same home as the drugs, so it wouldn't be addressed there), nobody can go verify this because all the records were sealed on Nick's request, right?

REALLY CONVENIENT! He can basically make up anything and then claim the record is sealed and nobody is entitled to proof of his claims. That includes even going as far as claiming that the pre-school teacher and mandatory reporter who the police relied on to get the warrant was incorrect or even lying.

Who didn't see this coming?

So if the messages are still around. Is there any pictures of Aaron? Will Nick ever get so drugged up that he would use them to own Aaron?
Wait. If he gets massively fucked up again, we might get lucky and he'll release the messages where he sends a dick pic to Aaron and professes his forbidden love for the Toe.

(That's not THAT far-fetched given we know the rest of the polycule was seriously concerned Aaron had nudes of Nick and asked him if he did).

Although I don't know if "lucky" is the appropriate term here. Stomach churning might be more appropriate.

Just thinking, will Nick fall to that level?
I won't say Nick's depravity and scummy behavior is bottomless. Since I just got saying the other night he's left Aaron's kid's out of this (unlike the pedo Melton).

But it's a deep deep hole, to be sure. I wouldn't discount anything.

It is not really clear if "moving in" = "buying the house".
Could be, could not be. They are both fags who like to spin the story to their advantage any chance they get. Is there an interpretation in which they both lied? If there is, that is likely it.

So Nick can share content of the sealed case now but bodycam footage was impossible because "sealed case" and its illegal to share anything?

I dunno, is he? All I read there is Aaron saying it's a bad idea to move into that house, and expressing regret that Nick moved the previous couple out of the house. I don't see any serious consideration. Unless he's trying to imply it's in the censored part.

Remember that Nick released his Signal messages with Null thinking there was some big own in them, and all it did was prove Null's posted summaries of his conversations with Nick were substantially true.

Nick is known for seeing gotchas where there are none.

Say no to drugs.

The body cam would be part of the criminal case.

The big issue with the CPS case being sealed is he can can selectively make up bullshit and nobody can look at the CPS record and verify if he's telling the truth.

Reminder: Nick once professed that all court records should be publicly accessable. Funny how his tune changed.

This is how I'm expecting the JFK assassination files to be when they're released: a half-redacted snippet without full context.

Any tech nerds around who can toggle with image settings to see the redactions?

IIRC he used the sealing of the CPS case as an excuse why the bodycam footage could not be released.
No idea how much sense it ever made, but he explicitly said the footage could not be released and that he could not agree to the release because the CHIPS case was sealed and the footage was part of that.

I am sure that leaking Nick leaking his DMs with the person HE CLAIMED did revenge porn on his wife will not backfire against him or his criminal case against Aaron. There is also no way that Nick's narrative won't crumble like a house of April's Coke Credit Cards as he censors a SINGLE DM while claiming that it somehow vindicates his side of the story. Wonder if Aaron ever posted that particular message what it would say? Whose narrative would it support?

Yeah, and he's also argued that the search warrant was totally invalid because it was COG's reuploaded copy of the cokestream the cops watched, and not one taken directly from one of his channels.

Wentzell eviscerated that argument.

Never ever EVER rely on Nick to provide a correct legal interpretation of anything. Especially if it concerns him.

This should go with saying at this point.

If you want a non-horseshit legal answer, tag somebody like @Potentially Criminal or @AnOminous.

Oh you are absolutely right, I did not want to argue the validity of Nick's legal analysis. Just saying that he flip-flops around and used the CHIPS case as his cover to claim something was illegal to make public (to avoid publication of the bodycam footage without actually having to say he opposes it), only to now openly discuss stuff that would have been sealed with that case anyway.

Nick lies. More news at 12.
