People are pushing this particular button on purpose even if they don't feel strongly about it because Vavra's sperging plus his apparent 180 on his principles. All the stuff that came to light - Musa the progressive Islamic scholar from Mali, the anachronistic synagogue and openly Jewish community, bisexual retconning that puts all the character interactions in a new light since they're in service to a potential gay relationship - are all things that people would discover were in the game past the refund window and this game which was supposed to be faithful and accurate to actual history like the first game was, isn't.

Wizards-Of-The-Coast is notoriously woke, and BG3's most impactful publicity stunt was a livestream where a twink is implied to fuck a literal bear. On the cover, a defiant African-looking man is embraced by a European-featured she-devil. It looked like the wokest game ever, but ended up being mildly woke at most. In a regular playthrough, we're talking a gay background npc barking "save my husband" and one dwarf hairdresser looking rather barefaced and melinated.
KCD2 came with a legacy of historical accuracy and a studio director who was convincingly anti-woke. No one expected the twisted abomination that was released.

So the answer to the question you quoted is yes, then? As long as the game is serviceable enough and they're upfront about it being woke, it's fine as long as it's not too woke, wherever that imaginary line might be. Also you must've been hit with a MiB neuralyzer at some point if you think the only faggotry you'll encounter in a playthrough are the two examples you've listed.

The historical Hans Capon would have been 15 at the time the game takes place - you can see that in the glossary entry on the real Hans Capon in the game:

But in-game Hans' age is left unaddressed except that he is under 24 and so can't rule over Ratay yet. He's also a massive coomer and beds women all throughout the first game - there's even a DLC focused on it. He's very clearly depicted as an adult in the game. "But his real age would have been 15" ok so what he's a reverse loli? What about TV shows and movies that have suggestive sex scenes with adults playing high school kids?

Theresa is just as undefined as Henry and the other Skalitz youth, so it's entirely up in the air on that front. But yes there's as much evidence of her being 15 as there is of her being mid 20s.
