The main "romantic" moment is as most people have seen by now:

1. Profess you care for Hans
2. Kiss
3. Sex
4. Fade to next day

The game up to that point, and after that point plays out in a more passionless, cheerless manner, like those two may as well didn't bump uglies.

It is towards the end when the two finally address their sexy time, and even then, there is no conclusive happy ending. Not even a kiss like you would expect in a Bioware game.
