Given Russ' history of 'brilliant' moves that no sane person would attempt I would not put it past him to submit a response in single-spaced, two-point font.

Denied because it was protected speech to boot - if memory serves the judge's notes amounted to 'this is likely protected speech so I can't grant your request to issue the order without letting the Defendant respond, you can re-file after serving him but I don't see a basis for a restraining order in here even if you do that'. It's a useful back-pocket option for Hardin in any sort of motion for dismissal/vexatious litigant designation and I don't think any of us knew about it until that email chain made its way onto the docket.

I believe we will finally get those numbers tomorrow. It'll be 14 days from Jan 28th, which was the initial deadline for Hardin to send the numbers to Greer.

I wonder then if he's going to shit bricks and file a bunch of garbage or if he's going to run out the clock.

I'm hoping for the first one, specifically trying to get the judge fucked over.

Plural of Mr. Instead of saying Mister Hardin and Mister Moon, you could says Misters Hardin and Moon". Or use the abbreviation of Mssrs.
