Tamers12345 - Autistic Sonic and Bartleby Shipper and Video Maker

I'll admit that I got into Tamers through the MLP stuff (sue me, I was the original show's target audience) but part of the appreciation I have for his work is that it reminds me of those early Youtube TTS sonic shorts, among other things.

It's true bonafide edgy shitposting with a level of effort and nuance only a true autist could achieve. I definitely empathize with people who were there for SU and watched as he moved away. Here's hoping that after this whole scare he can return to form and juggle both audiences.

Hey, remember that time I said tamers was probably going to get his channel nuked if he didn't get nudged into toning it down and putting the uncensored videos as patreon exclusives and some of you fools called me retarded and "parasocial" for having common sense and wanting to help the guy keep/boost his probable single source of income so that he could keep making us all laugh?

Yeah, but that's irrelevant to his current problems since the guy who spammed reports bragged on 4chan's /co/ and /mlp/ boards. It had to do with slurs in his videos.

After listening to the Tamers interview I feel so bad for him losing his channel. I agree with the common consensus that his MLP stuff can be over top coomer bait, and his classic SU stuff was better, but I still generally enjoy the absurdity of the MLP videos and I can assume that after 10 years or so of doing nothing but SU he would get tired of it. I wish he found a wider audience that would support him, but people just have to go out of their way to fuck people's shit up sometimes.

He lost me with the pony shit. I almost can’t be sad about the channel going down if that’s what his content is going to become. It’s always been ambiguous what level of irony he’s on but “ironic” degeneracy can often be a slippery slope. If he wants to goon with Discord bronies instead of doing what people actually like him for, so be it, but I won’t be along for the ride.
