Damn, what an absolute unit. I bet he can deflect bullets with his pecs, just like JoJo.
Absolute Unit is the name of his stand.
Wellllll i suspect the whole "no marry" thing was also a release valve in European society to get rid of 3rd /4 th sons with out worrying about inheritance fights.
Being fruitful and multiplying and its' consequences have been an absolute disaster for noble inheritance patterns.

My problem with religious conversion is that I don't think I have, or will ever earn it
You can't earn it. That's why Jesus came and took the punishment for sin in the first place.
Being that it took however many years of life, hardships and blatantly committing sins, no matter how minor, unintended or how bad you've felt about it until you've reached the darkest points of your life and then deciding that's the point where you'll turn to god after ignoring him for so long simply feels scummy.
Here is the Parable of the Prodigal Son:
11 And he said, “There was a man who had two sons. 12 And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the share of property that is coming to me.’ And he divided his property between them. 13 Not many days later, the younger son gathered all he had and took a journey into a far country, and there he squandered his property in reckless living. 14 And when he had spent everything, a severe famine arose in that country, and he began to be in need. 15 So he went and hired himself out to one of the citizens of that country, who sent him into his fields to feed pigs. 16 And he was longing to be fed with the pods that the pigs ate, and no one gave him anything. 17 “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father's hired servants have more than enough bread, but I perish here with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and I will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. 19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Treat me as one of your hired servants.”’ 20 And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. 21 And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ 22 But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring quickly the best robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet. 23 And bring the fattened calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate. 24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.’ And they began to celebrate. 25 “Now his older son was in the field, and as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 And he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and your father has killed the fattened calf, because he has received him back safe and sound.’ 28 But he was angry and refused to go in. His father came out and entreated him, 29 but he answered his father, ‘Look, these many years I have served you, and I never disobeyed your command, yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might celebrate with my friends. 30 But when this son of yours came, who has devoured your property with prostitutes, you killed the fattened calf for him!’ 31 And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours. 32 It was fitting to celebrate and be glad, for this your brother was dead, and is alive; he was lost, and is found.
There is a reason God is referred to as, "Father," He loves His children like a father does.

unbelievably optimistic that you think our government would teach children about anything found in either the bible or history as it confirms the bible, because that would be tantamount to teaching another religion's beliefs in their secular religious belief.
I’m not talking about the government, I’m talking about carefully selected Christian private schools that make parents sign a morality clause that they follow with Christian values on such things as gender ideology and religious teachings in addition to other subjects.

We found a school that’s STEM focused but they also do Bible studies every single day, the kids have weekly Bible verses they have to memorize and say in front of the class that they’re graded on.

But as far as public schools, completely agree with you.
They can’t even have “one nation under God” in classrooms.

Often.
Though ironically the Church often required land or some other large payment from nobility to offset the costs of taking in their son. Meaning they might as well have just given that son the payment instead, but hey. Traditions and laws and such.

they genuinely think that their best way of combating trumps policy's via Elon is to damage his ego so bad by calling Elon the president so Trump gets jealous hearing someone else being called president and fires him so they call him president again.
Has the idea that they should stop calling half the country evil ever entered their minds?

I appreciate you and everyone else telling me about Catholic Church politics. It's been incredibly informative.
The US and the Catholic Church have an interesting history. WW2 and the years of lead had them interact in interesting ways. The Church’s internal and external politics are entertaining from the outside and soul crushing as a member of it.

US Catholics are effectively the most hard line outside of Greeks, Italian, and Copts. I feel bad for the German church.

I spend more time than most in lefty spaces just lurking to see what the price of bread is so to speak.

I can explain this dumb shit we keep seeing with "president Elon"

I know, I know. I felt fucking retarded as I typed it but that's actually what they believe, an Idea so colossally stupid you pause every time you wanna start pointing out its flaws in logic but its like trying to explain to someone who is deadest on using a colander as a boat why that might not be a prudent course of action.

btw this is a colander for those that dont know, I include this as a monument to that time I had to explain to my friend what our "pot with holes" was, this is for you, you stupid fuck
I feel your pain, brother. I spent quite a few minutes explaining what THIS was, only to be met with the question, "But how does the coffee get UP there?!?"

How did JFK's election affect US-Vatican relations? Also Biden's, if it meant anything.

That "protest" by the dems is totally pathetic even with everyone being paid to be there. The energy has never been this low as long as I've been alive for them.

I'm also just laughing that apparently all the money we sent to NIH/colleges they took a 50% cut while any private donations they only took 20% but yet a judge decided to file to stop the cut they could take being capped which would've meant more actual money going to fund research and studies.

Have been keeping an eye on protests locally, and currently in a blue larger city that’s also a sanctuary city so I was expecting a lot more passion and turnout.
The crowds aren’t even large enough to take to the streets, they just march around government buildings.
And the longer standing social justice groups seem to…..not really care now. There’s no organizing there except for new grassroots immigrant groups.
There were Orthodox Jews for racial justice marching before, it’s just beaners and Muslims and the occasional white person now.
I’m basing that off of protests aimed at Trump’s first presidency, and the protests/riots during Summer of Love.
