A lot of the DEI bullshit is shields down for companies if there is a hostile Department of Labor who will go and look at "you did WHAT to white peoples applications and promotions?!" very differently.

There are also rumors Trump will issue an EO to forbid the Feds from taking bids and contract with companies doing DEI and he is letting them get ahead of it before hand.

So Home Depot refusing to end DEI while Lowes still has it, will means Lowes gets Fed (and Fed contractor) dollars in the near future, and Home Depot gets cut off for example.

One of the most recent copes from the wild is "DEI actually benefits whites" and in particular "DEI benefits white women the most." While this is presented to me without source, just snarky YouTubers and anger if I don't nod along with it, it looks like a good way to try to fearmonger white women. This is boring because that's easy. I did go looking myself and saw that, yes, white women in HR talk about DEI a lot and give each other butt pats for it. This is well known and boring as hell too.

Now I'm wondering is if there's any actual research on who gets hired with DEI at all, and what exactly the Trump admin is doing to dismantle DEI. To me, it looks like inept diversity hires are being canned.

DEI benefits women and "women" the most yes.

White women are often still more competent than any flavor of jeet and she boon. If you can get them girl boss focused on their job that is. All the "product managers" jobs that are pretend tech jobs where engineers have to explain what they are doing to a retarded woman who then "talks to the business" about it often go to white women. They prefer a black woman though. The she boon's him and haying of "hell nah we aint doin dat" is endearing at first to the engineering team, creating an almost illusory competence of "defending the teams capacity" until they get dismantled for not actually delivering anything in lean times that is.

All this is to say if you get told you have to hire a DEI. (this happens alot btw) A white woman is probably the most competent choice that will do the least damage.

I can't help but feel like during the election would have been a better time frame for the left to organize against Trump instead of after it.

It lends credence to the people who say everything was astroturfed to hell and back. Liberals desperately want the social unrest to kick off but it's been falling flat, hard. I see protests posted in local subreddit daily and yet any pictures of "crowds" are a few dozen at best. They really have nothing specific to rally against that will ignite social unrest, they're probably all hoping some police on black violence happens so that they can get blacks out chimping on the streets like the summer of love.
