Rekieta fully throws Barneswalker Frank White under the bus by claimin that @Potentially Criminal failed to understand that the motion for a Franks hearing was "poorly drafted and unclear".

I think Sean agreed with that. It's just also that everything Rekieta was trying to do would have failed even if he had perfectly drafted filings.

Well. Given that Nick is himself an attorney and had the right & ability to review the motion before submission, all this does is raise the question of why Nick would allow what he knew to be a "poorly drafted and unclear" motion to be filed on his behalf. As a sometimes-attorney, Nick can't really claim ignorance of process or the contents of the motion.

He is though doing more than just throwing the Barneswalker under the bus. Going forward Nick will undoubtedly now still claim that the warrant was obviously invalid due to all the arguments in the motion that was failed. Nick will still be right about everything as regards the warrant. It will be only poor communication skills that prevented the judge from ending the case before it started and forcing Nick to have no option other than to plead guilty.
