I can't imagine the people he's rolling on are any more sophisticated than the people fucking with A logs. The two most notable things he did was SWAT a senator who blamed Kiwifarms, and get some random dude killed.
From what I've seen of regular LEO and how they operate they probably wouldn't even want to be involved in this shit. Most of the time they lean HEAVILY on their immunity. So realistically this is just the FBI trying to figure out how to charge this retard and his "clients".

He also has a proven history of committing crimes against himself and trying to blame his trolls. The swattings started happening immediately after he lost his lolsuit and was ordered to pay Quasi $33k+. He bizarrely went on a media tour where he definitively stated that these swats were "coming from this forum that harasses me which I owe money to". Then there's the Airbnb. People had been highly suspicious long before Torswats finally came out and said Patrick ordered them. Pat didn't have a thread on the Cowbin website Torswats was shilling like all the other people he was swatting for fun until after outing him. He was also swatted significantly more times than Torswats' other targets that he talked about constantly and hated way more than Pat. No, there isn't definitive proof, and whether or not he did it, there must be a paper trail (i.e. crypto accounts where money is vanishing into a monero exchanger before each batch of swats) in order for anything to happen. But it is the path of least resistance.

Not a fan of "economic warfare", like taking away someone's employability. Either lock people up or let them go free, but why prevent them from working? Society would be better off if we forced some people to do honest work instead of the other way around

This is why caning is a good punishment. You want something that doesn't permanently destroy their ability to work, and doesn't connect them to other criminals for years at a time? Just hit them with a stick. One month in solitary confinement where you randomly march them out to get caned, and they probably don't want to go back again. The only downside is you might create some hell serial killer but I think overall violent crime will go down substantially.

You could also pretend you're sentencing them to death and hold fake ISIS-style executions, and then right at the end reveal it was a prank and they're free to go. Just throwing out some ideas because our current system doesn't seem to work that well.
