I'm unable to see a 60 lb difference in a 600 lb person, so I'll have to take everyone's word that she looks bigger now. To me she looks about the same in the two photosets, except the melted wax effect is so much more pronounced now (especially in her legs). She's more grotesque than ever, regardless whether she's bigger or smaller.

She's becoming a FRACTAL of folds.

She's an ocean coastline, the closer you go the more folds are upon folds are upon folds. If you skinned her and stretched her out she'd span the globe's circumference several times.

I'm trying to use language she'd understand as a super quirky STEM math statistics nerd to tell her WTF IS YOU doing.

Dr. Scamron is clearly a thwarted theater kid and I would not have sex with him even to live in his Beverly Hills mansion.

She looks about the same size in both pics to me; maybe a little heavier, but not hugely so. The one big change I can see is the state of her inner thighs, which was her second surgery, and the one she had a rougher time recovering from. There's obviously a lot less mass there, but the skin over the lipoed area is now slack and empty; it hasn't tightened up on its own at all.

Not that I would expect it to; having been stretched out so far for so long, it no doubt has no elasticity left. But I'm kind of baffled; the latest procedure is lipo + brachioplasty; why didn't Amron also have the skin on her inner thighs tightened up when she had the second procedure? That sagging skin can't be comfortable, and the folds in it leave her more prone to rashes and infections.

I see no improvement between the Before and After shots; if anything, the After looks worse.

When you defy Mother Nature and defile the beauty of her creation with gluttony and laziness, she takes her revenge in absolutely savage ways. Putting disproportionate amounts of fat in random strange places on your body, turning you into a freakshow, is how she deals with women. Men don't get such weird fat distribution; instead, their genitals simply disappear inside the excess fat of their gut and pubic area.

The difference is so minor, I would believe you if you told me there was no surgery at all and the difference is only from Anna wearing compression consistently for a while, or changing medication that impact fluid retention. Once you get to deathfat levels, they really can lose like 20lbs in the same way that an average person often loses and regains the same 5lbs over a few weeks. A normal person might go from having a flat stomach to a not-so-flat stomach over the course of a single day, and many people come home after a long shift and see that their feet/ lower legs have swollen up. But on a deathfat, their disturbing folds do..... disturbing things.

Do we think he's doing basically no lipo, or is he doing a normal or extraordinary amount of lipo and it just doesn't even make a difference on someone of her size? I'm not really educated on the topic and what "liters of saline" mean in context.

I do many things with my time, but obviously, talking shit about Anna is a favorite hobby of mine. I’ve insulted her looks and her intelligence, and I’ve probably even said mean things about her family members. All of us here do the same, pretty much. And who the fuck are we? Random internet autists and other weirdos with no real dog in this fight. Our words might hurt her feelings, but that’s a normal part of life, simply amped up in this case due to social media and the breadth of the internet.

But fucking Scamron and his little plastic surgery pal are true and honest doctors of medicine taking actual blades and other potentially injurious instruments to her flesh, with absolutely atrocious results that everyone and anyone but Anna, Queen of Delusion that she is, could predict. It is so fucking unethical that they did this to her. I honestly hope she sues them. Now, I also hope she loses that lawsuit (she’s not without accountability here), but I hope all of this shit is exposed in court and put into official public record.

Anna is a stupid cow who is fun to laugh at when she cries over bagels, but these licensed professionals have assisted in her mutilation and I am aghast. She looks absolutely awful, and I hope it serves as a lesson to her audience to just put down the fork. I don’t feel sorry for Anna, but I am still somewhat outraged that her doctors did something so atrocious. They have a much higher level of responsibility to know how insane of an idea this was than she does.

From what I remember they call it “liposculpting” which isnt to remove large amounts of fat but just reshape things a bit. That’s why they are able to go without fill anesthesia. It is sold as a “treatment” for her “lipedema” to remove “fibrotic tissue”. I dont think it’s doing anything but removing small surface layers of fat.

Yeah but suing them would involve Anna accepting that she fucked up. Plus I wouldn’t be surprised if she signed a bunch of documents saying she can’t sue if results aren’t what she expected since she is a super death infinifat.

Anybody can sue if you’ve been injured, even if you signed documents saying you can’t. (Mediation usually sticks though.)

However, she won’t. Her ego will never allow her to believe she made such a huge mistake.

A couple weeks ago I looked on his site for before/afters. There were maybe two who had improvement and they were already small. The rest looked the exact same to me. One seemed to have more cottage cheese looking stuff than before. But Anna has been butchered. She’s the worst. He can’t put her on his site, no matter what underwear she brings.

I don’t know if they plan any skin surgeries for her thighs or not, but she’s not smaller. She just has areas that fat was removed and other areas where it wasn’t, creating more wrinkles and folds, but not the loose skin she claims. I‘m hardly qualified but I don’t think there is much they can do for that, without her losing a lot of weight and finding a doctor who will give her real anesthesia and do skin surgery when the fat is gone. They won’t in the shape she is in now.

I can see why she’s not given up on the compression. It must be very uncomfortable walking around with all that jiggling we saw. Compression looks uncomfortable but not as bad as I imagine your thighs flapping around would.

I miss our real medfags who gave us the scoop.

So she mentioned she will have 'twilight sedation', so she will be more out of it than when she had the lipo alone but she will still be breathing on her own (it's the same anaesthetic you'd have to have a colonoscopy, for example).
Sometimes people get sleepy but can be roused, sometimes they appear to be awake, but typically due to the amnesiac effects of the drugs they won't remember much.

But she'll have an Anaesthetist there monitoring her in case anything goes awry, I assume this is possible as the Plastic Surgeon doing the arms is able to operate with them (unlike Scamron). They should also be able to assist with pain management post operatively.

I have a fucked up colon and need a colonoscopy every few years and I can’t imagine having colonoscopy level twilight anesthesia for a surgery like that. Even during colonoscopies I can sometimes feel pain, I truly cannot fucking imagine having fat sucked out and skin sewed up with that shit. That really sounds like fucking torture.

That's odd. I've had twilight anesthesia several times, and I've not remembered anything when they brought me out of it. One time I woke up with my inner cheek bitten but that's the only thing of note that's ever happened.
