she also seems incapable of understanding that an active vice president has an actual job to do, unlike kamala harris, the vice-nigger in chief, who could just sit on her ass and do nothing while collecting her taxpayer check every two weeks.
Black women understand that you get a job and receive money to buy new hair and chicken boxes but they do not understand that businesses hire/voters elect people to accomplish tasks. That and being an indignant cunt is seen as a virtue. Sorry to sperg but I hate them so much and never want to see any in a position of power. I really don’t get the disdain for white women when the sheboon exists.

Why do they need to sacrifice anyone? The fact that they have been fighting to delay them makes me think that they know they are in.
I'm not saying it's good or bad just that RFKjr always seemed like the long-shot and if there had to be a sacrificial lamb he would be it. I don't even think he would disagree and probably knew that going in. The confirmation hearing spectacle might have been a big enough W for him.

It's weird that we elect a President and then still have to wait for a bunch of dramatic grandstanding and 51-49 votes from separately elected representatives just to get his cabinet in place. I'm sure in theory there's some good reason for it that I'm ignorant of, but in practice it seems like the main point is farming B-roll footage of these reps "looking tough" for their next reelection campaign. I can't think offhand of anything useful that's ever come out of such hearings, nor anything bad that was ever prevented by them.

What's the average time frame for every single new member of a new cabinet to get vote confirmation, typically? They could've totally done the Tulsi vote ages ago, but so many people are butthurt over this that they had to drag their feet and make excuses like "Oh no, snow flurries! Gotta cancel!" to keep kicking the can down the road. We're about a month into Trump's second term, shouldn't he have gotten his full cabinet by now?

Transmission cables are normally made of copper. They will have an outer armour sheath made of aluminium, or sometimes steel, to protect against impacts.

And even with your edit (normally), no. If you see copper, it is a distribution line (not transmission) that is at least seven decades old. All AC lines from the plant to your first means of disconnect (yes, you have Al wire in your house to get to your panel) should be assumed to be aluminum barring an age exception. It's vastly cheaper.

I wonder how many people still remember the war between /r/shitredditsays and the rest of reddit. It was like gamergate for reddit. Much of reddit before that was pretty centrist. Or maybe Joe Rogan's brand of center left at the time. It's funny how the whole site eventually became SRS.

A literal African foreigner, with strong ties to China, that says American are too dumb to invest in and he needs H1Bs instead of American labor AND fires American workers for pajeets is cheered on here because he makes libs mad.

Conservatives are cooked.
Yes please, mroe tears delivered straight to the thread.

This same poll in 2020 showed the same margins between white men and white women. The reason Trump won was a massive swing in Latino voters toward the right, 6 points with the women and 18 points with the men.

Also, when white men are R+22 and white women are R+7. White women are 15 full points more politically retarded than white men, and if white women voted the same as us, R+22, there never would have been a Biden administration, we'd have a much more comfortable majority in Congress, and Trump would have won his first term by a massive margin.
So you're saying letting women vote was a mistake?

Trump just posted this on Truth.

NAFO gonna freak lmao. Hegseth saying today that Ukraine ain't getting into NATO or their old borders back was fucking hilarious too.

That is legit why they exist no other reason basically. Any President should be able just to choose who the fuck ever for any position since they all do anyways unless you are named Trump.

Mitch really is a malding bitch. What profits him to end his career in this way? Does someone have a compromat dossier on him?
His Chinese handler wife and kids.

Biden, Mitch and Pelosi's family have nothing going on except for political patronage. Their families would make way less money without them and their influence. Mitch also will basically have zero soft power when he leaves, because the new Republican generation hate him and his faction, and spiting him is an easy way for his "allies" to build bridges with the new generation. So yes Mitch's 3 daughters would have to worry about losing whatever they have going on and having to get a real job, so just make Mitch stay in seat for one more year.

There is also the fact that men degrade FAST once they lose their purpose. Quitting what you perceive as your life purpose is basically a death sentence for an elderly man. Also old people are heavily powered by spite. Mitch especially so. If you think Mitch doing what he did with the Supreme Court wasn't the turtle punishing the person who stole his stapler, let the current behavior prove what it really was.

i think the founders' intent would've been that they didn't want the president to fill every single position with his own vehement cronies, in the way a king's court is essentially just loyal to him and themselves, or whoever has the most power. it was an attempt i think to make it so that people who were put into the position had the confidence of congress and the executive branch, so that there wouldn't be problems if they had to be removed in some way with the judicial branch.

it's another of the checks and balances put in place for our government that have been slowly eroded by politicians with a desire to grow ever more powerful.

It depends on the line. Some is copper with a base metal sheath and some is all aluminum, but power companies are moving more to copper as they realize the drawbacks of aluminum more and more.

This is where regulations come in handy for once. New powerlines should be buried in the ground, no question. It’s too bad the Department of Energy only seems to care about regulating light bulbs.
Aluminum is fine. It's not the 1970s any more. Furthermore, you don't want DOE regulating feeder line installation. It is best left to your local utility and/or public utility commission. The coupling losses when you put AC lines underground are non-trivial and the downtime loss savings with below ground retrofit installations do not justify their costs.

Reddit is sneeding unbelievably hard over The Gulf of America thing and I have no idea why.

It's a relatively small and pointless change.
it's forceful soft power projection, something leftists are explicitly against. instead of being a sneaky, insidious way of projecting our power, it's an up-front, aggressive method that shows the US can still just change maps whenever we want them changed on the world stage, even for countries that hate us.

Has Mitch voted yes for a single cabinet member yet or is he just noing them all?
i believe he has no'd them all. he voted no for hegseth and gabbard, yes on others so far. i am stupid.
