Without a witness who can testify to the actual picture that Aaron supposedly shared, they cannot bring it in.

So they either need:

1) Recipient (Geno)
2) Other person who saw the same picture on recipients phone (Keanu)
3) Police tech or ISP/Cell phone company who have an archive of the picture (does not exist as far as I am aware)

What they would have to do is credibly testify to the picture received and who sent it to them, to tie it to Aaron.
Without that the state has nothing, not even proof of a crime.

While I was extremely skeptical, I just checked the full post history and these three posts you didn't screenshot are probably the probably the most suggestive it's him, because they're explicitly defending Nick and whining about KF, in ways very similar to what Nick has done before.

Since most of the Aaron alogs don't really care about defending Nick that much, it does stand out.
