Having a lifelong incurable condition, deformity, etc adds another bit of mental strain to anybody. Some would take this and choose to work themselves even harder, try and have some semblance of getting past it but not everyone is mentally strong enough. Troonshit was the unfortunate siren's call to a lot of the lifelong disabled, whom had likely already developed legitimate dysphoria from being cursed with a broken body, which the trans propaganda convinced them to believe was them having an issue with their 'gender' rather than the legitimate horrible things that reduced their quality of life and continue to.
