What I've read so far is that he had 2 more children with Grimes and 2 or 3 with that coworker. The two younger children with Grimes were born via surrogate, so only using her egg cells- if you're so obsessed with breeding why the fuck is Grimes the one whose genes you want from all women in the world? It's so fitting that Mr. "We need to have more kids" Musk with his 11 children can seemingly only conceive them by taking his sperm and forcing it into an egg.

Nothing against artificial insemination, but considering everything else that's manufactured about him makes this pretty pathetic. He literally can't produce anything without throwing money at a bunch of people, not even a child.

Clearly a conflict of interest, no? I get buy American and Tesla is largest US auto firm, but internal combustion is far superior to any EV for law enforcement and practical purposes and it's not like they care about carbon.

Maybe it's just my oppositional defiance disorder or contrarianism kicking in but I am extremely disappointed with Elon and the first few weeks of DJT's second term and for the most part I welcomed it.

Elon has the potential to buy an enormous amount of good will through some basic philanthropy that would only cost him a fraction of his net worth, but he seems to be more miserly than JP Getty only more autistic and cringe. If he set aside a few billion for philanthropy or a hard science research people might actually come to like him, he could even be the head of efficiency for his own foundation.

Even the most humble self aware person would struggle to remain righteous with the amount power he yields, but having a literal autist with that much power is horrifying as he was barely human to begin with. Same goes for Altman, Rothblatt et al. Nothing is off the table with these people.

I posted the spreadsheet on the DOGE thread. They are buying a few other types of armored vehicles, but the Teslas are the majority. I don't know much about EVs, does their range go down as you bolt armor on? How well do they work in austere environments?

Yeah, that is a huge conflict of interest and corruption, but MAGA is cool with it because it's Elon and their daddy doing it.

Seems like wasteful government spending. Why isn't DOGE looking into that? Also, totally illegal (quid pro quo)

At constant speed aerodynamics are the biggest part. Stop and go then weight wins.

Complexity wise they should be simpler and easier to maintain. But when they are damaged they're more likely to be taken out of the fight if the battery pack or battery management systems can be hit. Even if it's not severely damaged it's likely the computer is going to lock it down to prevent a fire. So figure out how to take out the cooling system or similar and you 'win'.

Stav pays only like $2k to go viral on TikTok or Reddit and that's a much better ROI than a random asian woman with the usual amount of followers an American Asian woman in her 20s would have. It is also extremely telling how literally no one else people can think of has had a payout that high, despite more and more stinky indians paying for premium. In general unless you're grinding like its Path of Exile, you won't even be able to cover the cost of the subscription. you'd think every fucker would be posting 4 figure payouts all the time, instead its just Fong. she's made more in those two weeks than huge creators i've seen have made in the last 5 years. its insane.

He has a clearance, and has had one for a good while, due to SpaceX. For some reason it's hard to find otu exactly what level clearance he does have though. Here's what i did find from an article about a month or two old.

I think the main advantage for a troop carrier or something like that would be the very high peak power meaning rapid travel and acceleration, less likely to get bogged, and with a drive motor for every axle, can withstand one getting blown up or losing a wheel etc.

Is the pack more or less vulnerable… well, it’s usually underneath the vehicle and well protected, versus diesels that have fuel tanks, radiators, air ducts and the like which are probably more vulnerable to small arms or FPV drone damage. A mil spec vehicle could choose to ignore a damaged battery and keep driving - who cares if you make it worse, if it gets you out of shell range.

Then again I doubt they are talking about pure EVs, more likely to be hybrids which have all the diesel equipment anyway, but at least some range if it does get hit.

Of course, totally corrupt if Tesla gets yet another govt contract, but isn’t this exactly what we’ve been saying would happen for a year now, so why be surprised or disappointed.
