Well here's the result of looking at his wife, I found less than I hoped.

Although Maria is Eddies wife, they never seem to call the other their spouse. Photos of the two together from Marias various pages all say he is her 'Producer' or 'Monster D'. Eddie as well never mentions her being his wife on any image the two of them together.

In this interview (done by Eddie pretending to be someone else lmao) she mentions her husband twice, making it clear the two are married.
i met my producer and he is now my husband as we got married in beverly hills in march of 2013.

Born in Greece, she moved to England where she studied psychology at the University of Essex, earning her doctorate and publishing two papers.
How someone with a degree in psychology could stay with someone so obviously mentally unhinged is anyone's guess.

Eddie and her have recorded several songs, with Eddie on various instruments and Maria on vocals. Most of these songs can be found on Eddies YT page including a song sang in German with the infamous 'Rapeugees Not Welcome' image used instead of an actual video. Her newest music video is for her song 'Dirty Bastard', in which bad makeup and poor lighting combine to make her look even older and more worn than usual.
The songs were recorded at Emerald City Recording, Eddie claims to own Emerald City Records, a separate entity that he tries to pass off as the former. Not related to maria but Eddie once tried to file a cease and desist (actually a DMCA) against a wordpress with a single entry.

I'm not. They're fucking annoying as shit. They're all kicked out of porn for being too disgusting for even porn, so they have nothing to do but make death threats and other shit and harass the site and get us shut down. We should just ban all porn. Well, that or kill them. But that's not very funny.

I think Donny and Eddie are pretty funny. Two middle-aged guys who never matured past their teenage years getting into internet slapfights with each other and a bunch of twentysomethings because they're too stupid to act like real adults? I'd rather watch that than the billionth tranny cow this week.

I think there's some US thing about other people using your likeness but that it's very narrow in scope and intended to stop people from promoting stuff you haven't endorsed using your image and name. There was some kerfuffle over the name and image of Dr Oz being used to promote things with which he had no association and I vaguely recall a Kardashian drama over something similar.

I don't think ordinary people can invoke it though. It seems like you need to have a high profile and substantial influence. [Edit : further research on my part shows this not to be the case in terms of some types of appropriation - see below]

I also doubt that pornstars pay the fee to get photographers to assign rights to them.

Just had a quick look, and it's actually Eddie and Co who are likely falling foul of the law. Sock puppetry for the purpose of personal vendetta has been held to be misappropriating someone's name/likeness in the past. The registration of the Candice Potter domain and the manner it's being used seems to fall under this.

You also may be held liable for some non-commercial uses of someone's name or likeness if you exploit the plaintiff's identity for your own benefit.

For example, one court has held that an anti-abortion activist who registered domain names incorporating the names and nicknames of his ideological rivals had misappropriated their names for his own benefit. See Faegre & Benson, LLP v. Purdy, 367 F. Supp. 2d 1238 (D. Minn. 2005). The court also held that the defendant had committed misappropriation through a form of sock puppetry -- namely, he posted comments on his own bulletin board pretending to be lawyers from a law firm that fought for abortion rights; in these comments, he expressed opinions and views that were favorable to his own position that abortion is immoral. See Faegre & Benson, LLP v. Purdy, 447 F. Supp. 2d 1008 (D. Minn. 2006). In another case, a professor created non-commercial websites and email accounts containing portions of the names of several of his former colleagues. Using these email accounts, the professor then sent emails to a number of universities, pretending to nominate these former colleagues for university positions and directing readers back to his websites, which contained critical posts about the nominated individuals. When the University and his former colleagues sued, an Indiana state court found that he had committed misappropriation. The Supreme Court of Indiana affirmed the lower court's decision, holding that the professor had exploited the plaintiffs' names for his own benefit "in that [the misappropriation] enabled him to pursue a personal vendetta." Felsher v. Univ. of Evansville, 755 N.E.2d 589, 600 (Ind. 2001).

Pretty sure it's a similar issue to fraud. You fall afoul of these laws if you're using someone's likeness to misrepresent your product, for example.

Essentially they do. It's a work for hire. By default, whoever creates a work gets copyright. The photograph is the work, thus the photographer is the author by default, not the model.

And the plan worked. Null took down the site and had no real plans to bring it back up. Vordrak "won". Wonder how pissed Vordrak is at Eddie now.
 
I don't think it's really accurate to say that "Eddie is impersonating Donny" because it implies that Donny is an innocent bystander in all of this. There's too much evidence of his direct involvement to write off everything that's happened as being Eddie's doing (as seen in this very thread, Eddie is NOT that good at impersonation).

I don't feel like typing it all out again, so I'll just quote myself from DL's thread:

This, to me, removes any notion that Eddie is impersonating him, and he's just an innocent bystander. It's not clear to me what exactly Eddie's involvement is, but yeah Donny's definitely in on it in a big way.
