According to Null's post in the other thread, it's not Donny - it's Eddie.

Eddy owns the domain and is impersonating Donny. Vordrak has Eddy on his mailing list, and Eddy sent in the Cloudflare complaint for Vordrak, which discloses the host. Eddy directly sent Vordrak the information and now he's threatening the service provider.

See, the problem with that is that Eddie isn't that good at impersonating people. He's tried it a few times in his own thread and it always backfired on him. This could just be me sperging out and seeing shit that's not there, but I like to think that Vordrak is deliberately setting things up in a convoluted manner.

My guess? Eddie "owns" the site, while Donny actually takes care of running it, hence the reason it more closely resembles his other sites (e.g. the Eddie site and PWL). Eddie was adamant about getting his PWL page taken down, so it doesn't make sense to me that he'd link to it, even if he was impersonating somebody else. This also makes sense given the whole "join our site and help us, and we'll get all the bad shit about you taken down" thing. Donny could very well be bribing Eddie with the incentive of taking down his PWL page and website.

Of course, there's nothing too concrete to base that on.

We have no idea how many people have access to the administrator account on Candacelynnpotter, but it's not an unprecedented situation. John Sunol openly admits that he does not have exclusive control over his blog and that he gave other people access but it doesn't matter legally - he's still the one repeatedly facing legal action over it and literally paying the price for Luke's actions.

The Bart Simpson defence isn't going to work in relation to serious criminal matters like sending terrorist threats, or even in any serious civil action. Several of the players have admitted to having knowledge of the matters at hand and that makes them potential witnesses whether or not they are potential accused/defendants - disclosure of their knowledge can still be compelled.

Nothing too concrete? Defamatory stuff about Null was posted on PWL. That directly involves Donny since he's the only one who can edit that site. At the very least, we know Donny is keeping track of the situation and is helping the harrassment campaign.

Donny's Skype is legit him. I know because it was before Eddie came along that I first talked to him on it.

Also @yawning sneasel not sure if you were told the same stuff I was, but it looks like I may have actually been right about Donny running the website.

My good friend @mortal_wombat showed me some messages from a group Skype chat with Donny that seems to confirm his involvement with the website (though he of course denies it):

This, to me, removes any notion that Eddie is impersonating him, and he's just an innocent bystander. It's not clear to me what exactly Eddie's involvement is, but yeah Donny's definitely in on it in a big way.
