I think it's fairly obvious that what Christ is saying when he speaks of the unforgivable sin is for someone to spend their entire life rejecting God and the message of salvation from Christ, meaning that they cannot be forgiven because they do not ask for or seek forgiveness.
No matter your interpretation, teaching your congregation that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior should be the foundation of any Christian Church. Without that you just have a room full of faggots organizing pride parades.
