2) Appeasement of Trump, I imagine Trump was furious because it was handled so swiftly and it was a risk to his base.
3) Inner circle politics, Trump has an impervious inner circle currently who are strong-willed and people he respects highly. Homan I think is one of his most respected in Trump's eyes and his Chief of Staff both he has praised highly. The H1B shit I imagine pissed off Homan a lot and his circle could have said to kick Musk out of said club.
4) Stripping of Power, in doing so Trump essentially removed any form of endorsement of Vivek as did Musk, and sent him to politics Shadow Realm.

It actually makes the airframe nearly as effective as the F-35 for 99% of realistic uses. They also purchased a shitload of prop crop dusters when they realized it could carry the same missile load as an F-35 in "beast mode".

Point being the f-35 gets most of its credit for being a fat bitch that carry a shitload of highly effective missile options. Sure it has stealth and sensor fusion but you only need one of those calling all of the shots the rest of the planes can be crop dusters with the same missiles.

I think that’s why we are loading up on crop dusters is because they’re disposable. (Which is a grim thought).

I think the reason trump is talking about administering Gaza and relocating the people is largely a pressure tactic in regards to Hamas holdouts and threatening to remove their human shields/clear the way to implode their tunnel networks.

Otherwise the only possible benefit I see to occupying some sand next to Israel is that it’s close to Iran and we could be less reliant on Israel for that.

having a president show up in gaza and say "change is coming we support the two state solution!" didnt work 50 years ago - and it certainly isn't going to start working now. israel's repeated attempts to prostrate themselves before a solution that everyone knows won't work is just an attempt to keep the current state of affairs, using the excuse of "see how hard we tried to make it work!" with the confidence of a grade school english teacher explaining why nobody writes in cursive

so the only possible way to really resolve the problem is to force the issue and make them pick whether they want to have their cake or eat it
