Diabetes is on my list of things andy has claimed to have, and its probably the one thing I find the easiest to believe.
Considering the mountains of junk food we've seen him get, the fact he's nearly 40 and still eating entire pizzas I could absolutely see Andy having to have a foot amputated from a massive insulin imbalance, and I think we can all agree that andy would NEVER listen to the doctors and slow down. More likely he'd take any warnings negatively and actively defy the diagnosis.
