It's crazy how Robert F. Kennedy Jr and Tulsi Gabbard didn't get a single Yes vote between them from Democrat senators. The media is focused on Republicans voting along party lines (except ❄️🐢). But every single Democrat voting against lifelong Democrats is a bigger story, no? Nothing to say except "no". Sad! :trump:
I've actually been trying to conceptualize the Conservative about face on fixing the food supply the adopting what had been up until today a core plank of the Lefts political platform.

Thinking about it now though, RFK is a sort of culmination in the political shift that had been brewing for years. For several years now there has been "self improvement" pushes in right wing political circles. As well as "ret3rn to tradit0n" arguments that argued that it's important to get off your ass, stop listening to the government about what was healthy, drink raw milk fuck the laws, raise chickens, and stop eating the goy slop.

It was all seething under the surface for years, and Trump either by serendipity or uncanny awareness was able to tap into that with bringing RFK Jr into this. With the double kill being the long held suspicion of the glowies being responsible for the death of his uncle and father. Then add on the Covid Vaccine mandates, which were an egregious violations of the most basic right we have, the right to our own bodies, for the sole benefit and enrichment of multinational pharmaceutical corporations, and the critical mass was hit to cause the explosive shift among the political Right on the issue of food safety and health.

Cynical people will say that conservatives are just doing what Trump tells them too. People who know realize Trump is responding to the political dynamic within his own support base and is giving them what they want. Fuck Pfizer, and fuck homogeneous milk too.

These mass firings of federal employees makes me smile broadly enough to break my jaw. For decades now I've heard countless useless fatass "civil servants" brag about how hard it is to lose a government job once you get it.

Looks like you found a way, you useless sacks of dog shit. Get in the bread line and see for yourselves how your fellow lazy coworkers "serve" you.

I knew the feds would never see this coming even though it happens every single time in the real world.
You can tell so many feds were never employed in the real world, 'cause they're utterly enraged at the "injustice" of an employer just..laying you off suddenly out nowhere/new leadership eliminating your entire dept. for budgetary reasons/downsizing/etc.

There is something like a 400 day backlog to get cleared for what you would call normies in government.
I don’t like to do the well Acksually routine like a fag, but I have good news. Those numbers are actually way down and I’d wager that with a squeaky clean background, it’d probably take closer to 100 days; less for secret.

You really think they won't simply change the tune of their song to align with the current political climate? Just because they've historically been DNC supporters does not mean they can't be RNC supporters. Any good opportunist (businessman) will tell you that feelings are petty and get in the way of actually maximizing profit.

So, buckle up, I imagine it'll just get worse.
It won't stop them from trying but, as it stands now, MAHA is the antithesis of what these corporations want. If they go through with what they promised, anyone with a conflict of interests (lobbyists) will get the boot.

I mean your post and my post are just speculations. I doubt, given what we've seen so far, that they will just get bought again by corporations.

Not to mention that when they actually swallow their pride and look for unskilled work (because their education and work experience is useless) they'll discover that all the jobs are taken by the illegals they voted for.
But that won't sink in for about eight months, or however long their unemployment benefits and savings last.

With RFK being so heavily endorsed by his supporters and trumps, the mandate of the people will be so much more compelling than dollars from big food. You asked what would stop the millionaires and billionaires from changing their tune? They already have wealth. What can fast food companies offer? What could Monsanto or taco bell offer RFK to stop his holy war against processed foods? Trump has cosigned RFK in strong terms. I don't see it happening. Rate me optimistic, because I am. I'm on cloud nine of optimism right now. I believe Trump term #2 is a turning point, and I won't have negative nancies raining on my parade >:(

Yeah, but they still let Tulsi and RFK in, but they probably won't let Patel in...just a thought.

Mild PL: I have a pair of friends who're employees of Boeing aerospace contractors several years each. One got laid off this past November from his company, and bemoaned the sorry state of the Boeing over the last few years. They might be interested to see where this goes, because that one wants to see their good name restored and come back to work for them if possible.

I don't know about Taco Bell but Monsanto will straight-up kill a motherfucker. They're one of the biggest corporate cunts on earth, more responsible for food prices, famines and farmer availability than any other entity on this entire planet.

I'd love to see them taken down a few pegs.

Remember what happens after the voluntary separation period? The involuntary separation period.

Never turn down a buyout from your employer. It's a giant red flag that bad things are on the horizon and they're willing to pay you to get away clean. When I heard only 4% took the deal I was a little horrified to realize that 96% of civil servants are actual retards.

Why would the EU have a seat at the table? Are they brokering peace? They've had 4 years. No, the US stupidly funded Ukraine, its the US turn to try to get their money back.
Europe made a deal with the devil to get cheap oil and gas from Russia after America blew up the middle east in the 00s. This allowed Putin to basically rebuild a shattered Russia overnight after the lost decade of the 90s. Something the EU resent mightily since they WANTED a broken, economically and spiritually and militarily Russia.

Ukraine was their chance to do so and they are so far in that they can't back out now because Putin will never forgive Europe for their treachery.
