So does this mean Null can get Greer's court trousers and red sequine jacket? Also, I'm not too familiar with the subject, so sorry about retarded question: do court ordered sanctions owed gain interest if Greer avoids paying?

I'm not up on the specifics, but generally yes if payment is owed and it goes unpaid. If you look into Patrick Tomlinson's (fat) failed lawsuit where he owed Quasi money, that amount ballooned because of interest and other costs. So does this mean Null can get Greer's court trousers and red sequine jacket? My guy is $475/hr. Hardin's generosity knows no bounds.$156.20/hr is dirt cheap, even for 2014. That's "fresh-out-of-law-school" rates.

I think @Big moth tiddies hit it on the head- yes, it's dragged to trial and it's dismissed without prejudice. Though at this point I would not be suprised by summary judgement at all. I think explaining why would be too helpful to Russell, so I won't, but I will highlight this paragraph, the paragraph after the one you're taking about:What the fuck do you think is going to happen? Do you think the judge is going to say Russ wins summary judgment? Or do you think the judge hates him self so much there's going to be a trial?
The district judge essentially just said Russ is going to loose SJ, the judges are pretty clearly just trying to build an appeal proof record because they seems to care more about the case not coming back to them that anything else.
So we have remedy in the form of no witnesses and a small monetary award, but what about the chocolate milk that goes along with this green beans-covered-in-condiments feast?Nevertheless, it is true that Defendants have achieved a partial remedy following their motion to exclude, in that Mr. Greer will not present any witnesses. That, in combination with Mr. Greer’s IFP status and the fact that this is this pro se litigant’s first sanction, leads the court
to conclude de novo that a lower fee is appropriate. Accordingly, the court orders Mr. Greer to pay Defendants a fee award of $1,000
Be generous to the Tard. Take off tree fiddy.I think the defendants could strike a deal that if russel sells all his copyrights to them he'll take off maybe 2 bucks.
Losing at trial means it's over. If it even went to trial that means it WASN'T dismissed.I think @Big moth tiddies hit it on the head- yes, it's dragged to trial and it's dismissed without prejudice.
I did my fair share of sperging about that ruling, but reading it again, I'm warming up to theFeels bad to see Greer get off so lightly, especially when Hardin's billing was a lot less than what it ought to have been.
But it won't be long before Russ does something else retarded and gets himself spanked again. It's like the scorpion and the frog. Filing stupid motions that hurt his case is in his nature.
Mr Russell G. Reer: "I am not a stalker. I have facial paralysis and I constantly send unsolicited money and messages to women online"Someone should send this thread to the writers of Law and Order svu...
No, we haven't even gotten to voir dire yet.So is the case almost over?
Considering he hasn't figured out what the Standard Protective Order says I don't think there's any chance that he can understand the not subtle at all subtext the judge is using.Shit-Lips is a professional dumbass and fuck up, so there is a likely chance that he will be racking up more sanctions. I'm not too bummed out about this recent ruling. I think the judge is trying to get across to Russhole that he is skating on very thin ice and at risk of getting his pee-pee slapped much harder than it already has been, like more expensive sanctions or the whole damn thing being tossed out entirely. But we all know the retarded Pipsqueak won't take the hint. He never does.
If (and I still kinda fear that's a somewhat big if and expectations should be managed) he keeps racking up sanctions, he may end up begging to end the case himself. He is obviously moved by his personal ability to procure prostitutes.Shit-Lips is a professional dumbass and fuck up, so there is a likely chance that he will be racking up more sanctions. It's not like he has been told twice why his complaint about Hardin supposedly violating the SPO is invalid by both the magistrate and the district judge, right? The tard straight up ignored the magistrate and was told the exact same thing again.Considering he hasn't figured out what the Standard Protective Order says I don't think there's any chance that he can understand the not subtle at all subtext the judge is using.
