The only consideration for harassment might be that he did it while streaming, iow letting her & everyone know he's a) got nudes of her and b) got no qualms sharing her nudes. It's a bit of a tortured argument to make, but one could argue that though just sending it to Geno off-stream would not necessarily be an "act that would cause a substantial adverse effect on the safety, security, or privacy of a reasonable person" (bc if it's not made more broadly public that such pics exist, her sense of safety, security or privacy isn't impacted), streaming it publicly makes her potentially vulnerable to reputational damage, untoward communication, etc., so his intent for her to feel threatened can be inferred from his doing it publicly.

Just a guess, but I think that because the crime is one of a sexual nature, the victim does not have to be identified by name in the transcripts. Kayla may be jane doed. They might even go as far as allowing Kayla to be questioned outside the presence of the public in the courtroom, so her identity can be protected.
You have to remember that it is the State of Minnesota who is prosecuting the crime; Kayla is the victim of that crime. As a victim of a sexual crime, Kayla has rights. That being said, Kayla would need to testify that the photo is indeed her, and that she did not give Aaron consent to publish it to anyone.
As far as Kayla being questioned about the swinging or the polycule, or even being in an adulterous relationship with Aaron, that probably would not be allowed. Those facts would be prejudicial and irrelevant to the charge. I would think that neither the judge nor the prosecution would allow the whole seamy story tp come out.

So as much as I would love to read a transcript of a trial for this, I think Aaron would be wise to quit if he can plead it down to a misdemeanor. In the end, it is his call.

Most of the Dabbleverse consists of over-the-hill Gen Xers whose lives are fairly boring. They're either relatively clean (Zumock) or past their comedy prime (Geno), or both. The Millennials in the mix are either chronically unfunny and boring (Keanu) or pathetically obese and gross (Melton).

Aaron's life has been the most interesting (drugs, polycule, divorce) and he streams a lot.

I do not believe that is true at all. Nude pictures are illegal to share by default, Aaron has to prove he had a reason to assume otherwise.
At least under Minnesota law that is how I understand the legal standard.
