as thread tax, here's someone talking about an individual named peggie who was a nurse that complained about sharing changing facilities with a tranny doctor at a hospital in fife, in the united kingdom. the tranny involved, "beth upton", has also alleged this nurse refused to treat a patient who needed resuscitation because the tranny doctor was in the room, an allegation that only surfaced after an argument at a 2023 christmas party. apparently this was only revealed AFTER the complaints peggie made, and that the doctor is now trying to punish peggie, and ruin her career as retaliation for thinking the tranny is a filthy stink-ditch.
the tranny's response when asked if she was punishing her is "It's not about punishing her. She harassed me, I'm not interested in punishment, I'm not interested in vengeance and I'm not interested in retribution– I'm interested in justice." which is why you waited until months later to make the allegation after you were personally offended, right axe-hole?

that isn't what she asserted. that's what the opposition is saying is the case. she said that she feels intimidated by the man in her changing room. the opposition, the tranny, is the one accusing the nurse of refusing to go into the room later on. she is literally suing them through the tribunal. why would she sue the tribunal at all? this tranny literally knows nothing about this case at all, less than i know after 5 minutes of reading.

"the tribunal's focus needs to return to specifically dealing with Peggie's behavior and its consequences." it almost sounds like they don't care if the allegations of patient neglect are true, just that this person insulted a sacred cow by not wanting to be fully nude around a potential rapist half her age who she would never be able to stop.
it's things like this that prove to me that trannies cannot conceptualize the world the way a woman will. the idea that a woman might be afraid of having her agency taken away from her doesn't occur to these people because they've never felt their agency being taken away in the form that rape does. a lot of rape victims will tell you, it would be better to have prevented the rape in the first place than to punish the person afterward. it changes who you are in many, many cases. despicable.
