oh I could totally see andy aboosing a diabetes diagnosis. I do not however see him willing to go along with a diet necessary to combat it, or even maintain it. He would steal food, bribe and bully people until he got his daily X-large meat lovers pizza and would then demand the gwoop haom get him insulin.
The time comes to amputate that leg? Andy would squeal and scream and try to fight back, claiming he doesn't need it. We've seen him bitch about his back and then turn down back surgery. Okay I have to power level a little to make my point clearly:

I haven't been very active on this thread or the farms in general the last month because I've been in the hospital unbelievably sick. So sick that for a period I was unable to get out of bed and forced to use a bedpan. And the iv antibiotics I was on we're giving me brutal intestinal cramps and the runs as well.

I fucking HATED every second of it. The helplessness, the stink, the fact that people had to shove a pan under my ass and carry away my waste...I felt TERRIBLE for the nurses who had to clean my shitty ass....I worked double time to get out of that bed so I wouldn't have to subject anyone to that any more.

The thought that Andy deliberately seeks out that kind of thing and not only enjoys making people do it but gets sexual gratification from it makes me hate him so much more on a personal level then I could have ever dreamed.

I honestly wish the most painful gastrointestinal cancer would infest Andy and cause him slow painful death where every bowel movement causes agony.

The one in Cleveland is for his failure to show up for his court date. The moment Andy got bailed out, probably by Pappa (kiss that 1K good bye), he bolted to Pennsylvania rather then face the judge. So that warrant is still outstanding.

The Tonowanda warrant is tougher to nail down. We know he has at least one but in the phone call where he's trying to lodge a complaint about the Tonowanda PD talking to the Cleveland PD about him, he asks about his warrants, plural. And the lady LEO says they are still active so he really should come down and talk to them about it to which Andy says "but you'll just arrest me". Some level 3 autistic huh? Gotta give the lady LEO props for trying.

So it'd be my guess that Andy's DV charge is still outstanding and hasn't been dealt with but what the other(s) are beats me.

Basically Andy's warrants are misdemeanours not felonies so the PoPo won't try to track him down for them but they will show up on any FISA check run. So if Andy gets into trouble in Pennsylvania he may (big maybe as they are just misdemeanours and the local LEO may not want to do the paperwork but he just might if Andy's being a massive bitch at the moment) so unless he gets arrested again he's probably going to be able to skate on those warrants for a long time.

I really just had no idea if there was some progression being made, or if he was in any sort of actual legal threat. From what you posted: it doesn't sound like it. Unless he pulls another 'lay in the road to get the cops to do what he wants' stunt, or if he gets really desperate and flips out on someone to get arrested (because he said at one point the cops were really nice to him when he was in a holding cell).

I don't have any experience with the law, so I had to ask to understand why Andy wasn't being served something for no-showing his warrant. I kinda figured the law would go a bit harder on him for dodging like that.

He also lists diabetes in his "medical records" that he changes and edits on video. These are the records he tries to give to hospitals and doctors hoping they won't bother to get the real ones. He had entire boxes of "records" in his motel room.

I wouldn't put much hope in him being punished for the warrants. No matter where he is the police know him. Because he calls them constantly. Every police officer that interacts with Andy ends up just wanting him gone or dumps him on another department. Whenever hospitals call the cops on him they just take him to another hospital.

That's the Andy cycle. Parents dump him on police, police dump him on hospitals, hospitals dump him on police, police dump him on his parents. He's a hot potato of feces. If my last post is any indication even prisons try to get rid of him. It's fascinating really.
